My subscriptions: RingCentral Web/Desktop App

Please allow admin to restrict users in changing their outbound caller using App. We can create a custom role to restrict outbound caller id but is only applicable on admin portal and they are still able to change it using the app.

Hi Team, Please have or put an indicator to RingCentral app so that we can easily check if the SMS we sent is failing. Right now it is not showing any error message

User wants for all of his employees to receive the same fax sent to one extension, on their RC App.

Occasionally there's a need to temporarily mute a team. In RC Classic, this is easy to do. In New RC, this is more difficult. Suggest reinstating the Mute All Notifications in the team menu

With the recent updates, the meetings now use the glip app and there is no longer any way to participate in glip chat while on a meeting. This is a horrible impediment to productivity.

I would like to send text messages to people that don't use RingCentral to alert them for instance when an appointment is planned and the date is near.
