Could the "accept queue call" status be visible on all pages of the RC app or permanent visible
We have noticed that many of ours users do change the option of the call queue status to do not accept and move it back to accept. But it happens also that they change to Do Not Accept and forget about that status and sometimes till days after not...
Would be nice to have a way to set DND at a user level in the Ring Central app. For insance going to lunch, set DND for 1 hr, this way it automaically accepts Q calls after the hour break and you dont "forget" to turn it back off.

Texts are often scrambled when received through ring central. For example, someone will send a longer, singular, text message. It will then be received as multiple texts that are out of order. Makes it really difficult to read the message.
