Configure Notifications for Received Text Messages, to be user specific, or to exclude numbers.

We would love to be able to configure Notifications for Received Text Messages, to not send notifications for specific numbers.As there are a few numbers that we SMS all the time. (My team members), and I do not need notifications for them.

Record you name in the directory

The system currently reads you registered name when callers dial in or for VM. The system can not pronounce the names and most of the time it does a very bad job. I have used other VOIP systems and they allow me to record my name in the directory....

Need to setup one button speed dials on my polycom desk phone. Why can't I do this?

I am not an operator who needs to juggle five extra calls at a time. Having one button speed dials to the three or four people I'm calling all the time would be vastly more useful.

Block All Recordings By Extension Number

There should be a configuration switch available for every extension to block ALL recordings associated with that extension - Inbound/Outbound INTERNAL calls and Inbound/Outbound EXTERNAL calls.
