Option to add other status updates for agents
Currently agent statuses only vary from "Available, Do no disturb and Invisible". There should be an option for admins to add other status updates for agents to choose from such as "Meal, Meeting, Break, etc).

HUD menu in Google Chrome Extension
We need both the Click-to-Dial functionality we get with the browser extension, but also need the HUD-Extensions in order to quickly transfer a call to an extension pinned in the HUD area of the desktop application. This is a quick 2-click way to transfer a call, without have to type the extension, which is cumbersome in a high-volume outbound call center. It would be great to have the HUD-Extension as a menu available in the browser.

Achieve HUD feature parity between RingCentral Phone app & RingCentral app before deprecating RingCentral Phone
Missing features include:Call duration of all active callsComplete caller information for all active callsCorrect status (most users show offline in RingCentral app, correct status in RingCentral Phone app)Option to display entire HUD that lists all users in a narrow window (currently in the RingCentral HUD, I can only see a few users, even on a 32" Apple Pro Display XDR monitor; in the RingCentral Phone app, I can see all users easily and clearly in a narrow window that occupies perhaps a 5th of my laptop screen)

Hi everyone, Call duration and multiple columns to see more contacts are now live in app! Correct status is planned to be implemented by end of June. Complete parity is still being worked towards. Thanks everyone. -
Share Status - It would be nice to be able to change your status and your presence at the same time.
As it stands now, it takes 6 clicks to change your status and your presence.

Display agents name when Main Menu calls to agent extensions are presented to pickup members
As a pickup member it will be really useful to be able to see a presented call label change from 'To Main Menu' to the 'Agents Name' when external callers dial our main company number and dial an agents extension.This will help pickup members ascertain whether to pick that call up or not based on which agent the call is destined for.

Include the ability to sort contacts alphabetically in the RingCentral app HUD
The RingCentral app HUD (now also available for the desktop) currently allows manual rearrangement of user contacts, but it would be great if they could be sorted alphabetically with just a 'click'.

Enable Heads Up Display by Default
It would be beneficial for Admins on the system to be able to enable the HUD (Heads Up Display) by default for users on the system.

HUD List more compact
Our old phone system had a simular feature as the HUD list and it was more compact so you could see more people in one glance and didn't have to scroll up and down to find people. I feel that it would be nice if we could make the names smaller so you can see more people at once instead of scrolling.

I think it would be vary helpful to be able to dock the HUD list somewhere on your screen.

Presence (or HUD) available on the RingCentral Mobile App so that I can answer a call on behalf of someone
I am unable to answer phone calls on behalf of my manager when using the any of the mobile apps; it does not work on the 'RingCentral Phone' or 'RingCentral Unified'. I am working phone home and need to be able to answer calls on my mobile phone.

Transfer and Add feature in HUD on RC app
On the RC phone app, while on an active call, when you hover over a user under the HUD, the Transfer and Add feature works under the HUD feature. You're able to transfer a call to another user and add another person to the call. However, on the RC app, the transfer feature in the HUD is not available. Ability to set meeting presence to DND rather than Meeting (and calls disrupt you)
Customer would like when scheduling a meeting that the presence indicator can be automatically set to DND rather than in a meeting. When in a meeting calls can come through and disrupt the user which isn't a good experience.

Call control -- transfer calls by drag and drop
The ability, once HUD is in place to control calls on a physical desk phone, primarily transfer calls by drag and drop. 8x8 and others already have this feature.

Park Locations/Presence - split the enablement of "ringing of monitored lines" from the "ringing of private park locations"
Currently, an admin who puts a boss's call in a park location immediately hears the ringing associated with the placement of the call on private park

Customer requested to remove ability for users to place themselves into a DND state on RC Desktop app, Physical phones and RC Mobile...
...app (Android). So that State is removed completely from user view. Would like this to be programmable to advised user groups, rather than set at account level. Customer is a hotelier and do not want any of their onsite users to "accidentally" place themselves (or shared devices) into DND, as this would prevent incoming calls (business) coming into the location. Even with education system mis-use can still be achieved by the end user
