Inbound SMS integration
Please make inbound SMS text messaging included with the plans for purposes like 2 factor authentication codes. Like phone.com, inbound text messaging works automatically without doing anything but they do need to register for outbound text messaging.

Text message queue
Im wondering how I can create a group that receives text messages from our main phone number xxx-xxx-xxxx. Is like this group to be able to see the messages and reply back to the messages. For example if one of our sub contractors sends a picture in to the main number of a job completion the group sees it and can reply to it

Block a specific number to send a text message receivied via email notification on a non licensed number
Customer doesn't want to receive a text message from one specific number to a number that is not licensed. Customer wants to have an option to block a specific number.

Ring Central is in great danger of becoming quickly obsolete.
The template feature in Ring Central is almost useless when a business needs to have multiple templates for a number of frequently used responses. This is because they cannot be sorted, either alphabetically or numerically. It makes it extremely difficult to find the needed template. Ai solves this problem and there are already some apps that are offering this and more. RC is falling behind. The sorting should be a relatively easy thing to fix. Hope you can get this feature usable for us users. Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

SMS registration for all
Instead of selective SMS registration for users, if would be nice to have RingCentral allow admins to be able to include all numbers to register for SMS, especially for company that has more than 50 or even thousands of users.

Different SMS recipients for Main Number and IVR Menus
Currently we are only able to set 1 SMS recipient inside the Auto Receptionist's General Settings. This SMS recipient is used for both our company Main Number and for all IVR Menus. We'd like to have the possibility of assigning an SMS recipient that's different from the Main Number SMS recipent to our IVR Menus.

It would be essential to have a time stamp on each received and sent sms. So that it would be easier to trace the sms being sent and received on the Mobile App.

Send SMS Trigger
So I actually there is no trigger for whenever you send the sms. Like there is a trigger for whenever you receive an sms. It would be great if we find the trigger for outbound messages as well. Like mentioned in the attached screenshot.

Edit the phone App Text Screen
Please add a < and > in the upper part of the phone app's text screen - like the voice message screen - to easily move through texts. Right now they are listed vertically. Open one and it reverts to the prior screen: you don't know which text you just read... or which one is next to read.
Using the left and right arrows like the voice messages means you read/reply to a text, then click an arrow to go up/down to the next one. PLEASE. I need this.1 vote
