Archiving SMS/Text Bunched Messages
As of right now, all archiving is done on a per text basis. For each individual text sent, that generates an archive in a standard note file. For the purpose of consolidating files, it would be very convenient if you could choose to opt into having a text thread downloaded at the end of a day (midnight) all into a single file so that way it’s easier to reference and entire conversation rather than having to go through each individual file to piece them together. Other text archiving services do this so I know the functionality is possible.

Archiving to Microsoft Sharepoint/OneDrive
As of right now, there’s not an option to choose the SMS/Text archive into Microsoft SharePoint or OneDrive. The next best thing is Google OneDrive. Our firm (along with many other businesses) use Microsoft 365 for all their business tech. This functionally would be very convenient if the integration was built.

Automatically switch to the new conversation after forwarding text
"When we forward a text to a new number the screen should change to the new message but it stays on the old text message itself... we have to manually click on the new mesg to continue texting there."

turn off the SMS reading pane
Customer wants to disable/deselect/turn off the reading pane/Text sms, just like when you go to the Unread messages. On the SMS box it should be showing like a blank page and it should still show the number of the sender of the SMS.

Request for Improved SMS Number Management
This request aims to enhance the management of SMS numbers to minimize issues with blocked messages. Users have reported difficulties when numbers are not registered with active campaigns, leading to service disruptions.
In this case, the number was used prior to being added to a campaign, resulting in a block. Although it functioned after being registered, it will remain blocked for at least 30 days due to prior usage.
We propose developing a system that automatically checks and registers numbers, along with providing notifications about their compliance status. This enhancement will help reduce disruptions and streamline the management of SMS…

Individualize mass texts and include affiliated names in the message automatically.
For bulk forward text messaging, it would be incredibly useful to separate each text and send individually. If a user could also automatically include the name of each telephone number if they’ve programmed the corresponding name to that phone number, then users could personalize each individual text - which would help mass texts feel more personal and helpful for people in sales positions who are trying to disseminate advertisements.

Request To Update Text message Sender Display Settings
Could you please make the following changes to the way customers receive text messages from us?
Sender Display Name:
Instead of showing "via RingCentral" as the sender, we’d like the messages to display our main company name (e.g., [Company Name]).
Sender Phone Number:
We’d like the number displayed to be our main company number ([Insert Main Company Number]) instead of any alternative numbers.
These updates are important for ensuring brand consistency and trust in our communications.

Increase maximum templates for SMS texting
You can only put max 25 templates. We would love to increase that, or even make it unlimited.
