  2. Current behavior: If you type or enter an IP address or domain name, it is automatically displayed as a clickable hyperlink. Desire behavior: The ability to right click on the string identified by RC app as a hyperlink and remove the hyperlink so that it's displayed as just a raw stringThis will improve cases where the RC app misidentifies text as a hyperlink and also allows users to share links/IPs while removing the risk of an accidental click, should the link or IP be malicious or intended to be not clickable

  3. I would love to see a search bar for texts so I can search for the last time I texted someone. I do a lot of group texts, so I cannot just pull up the individual contact to see the history. I would love to be able to search for all the group texts including a specific individual.

  5. It would be benefial if the RC system could send a text message to a single cell phone number or even a list of cell phone numbers so that when a voicemail has been left in a specific mailbox a group of people can be notified.

  7. Sometimes , messages are received and read , but not responded to immediately. If it is followed up by many other received messages, then that message may be forgotten and buried in the list of SMS threads. There is currently no way to generate a report for text messages that have been received but have not been responded to. The idea is to generate a report (manually or automatically displayed in the admin portal), where the timeframe (ie. last 7 days, 14 days, or 1 month) can be specified and all text messages not responded will be listed.   9. when customer's main number is set to forward calls to call queue, missed calls should still trigger an auto reply sms from the main number. currently, this only works if auto receptionist is set to forward calls to user extensions

  10. RingCentral Phone can automatically reduce file size of a picture and send SMS/MMS.RingCentral Desktop app does not have this funtion. Please add this feature, it is very convenient. We are forced to switch to RingCentral Desktop application due to RC Phone Window App unreliability.

  11. Background: Customer asking to add the ability on O@H to use the main company number as the outbound SMS number for all users on the mobile app.

    Problem: Unable to use the main account number as the outbound SMS id if NOT logged in as operator extension.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Login to O@H mobile application using direct extension (not operator)
    2. Compose new SMS

    Actual Behavior: If they are not logged in as operator extension, they can't use the main number as the outbound SMS id.
