Experienced an outage yesterday with all my phones on my company lines on 1/22/25.
Ringcentral main customer service line was not connecting including my phone lines.No email from ringcentral on the outage.
No text on my phone number.
Nothing on the ringcentral website main page.
No notification on the ringcentral app.Recommend Ringcentral place a notice on the app main page that says "OUTAGE Expected Resolution in 1-2 hours" something like that - or at least put it on your website or email us. Nothing came through. Horrible way to do business with your customers.

Text and phone outbound number to match inbound call number automatically
I have multiple numbers, when a client texts or calls one of those numbers I want my reply text or call to automatically show from the same number they contacted. Right now I have to manually change which number to send from I often send from the wrong number as a result

Requesting support for T9 (predictive text) search functionality in the contact directory and call history on Cisco CP-8851 and Polycom VVX-450 desk phones. We need to be able to create/identify our own DNIS data that passes through in the SIP data stream to support third party call handling.
We have the need to direct multiple inbound calls from different phone numbers to one extension that links to our on-prem call center system. We have created a user that represents the call center and set it up as a SIP device. That virtual user has two phone numbers associated with it, a placeholder local number which is not published to the public, and a toll free number representing our company's primary contact point and access to call center agents. Emergency Response Location set for a user's deskphone to not sync with the ERL set for the user's RingCentral App
When a user changes the emergency response location set in the RingCentral App, it also changes the ERL set for the user's deskphone (in the service web), and vice versa.
The user's deskphone is permanently located at their office address. The app is used when working from home, and should have the home address.
It would be better if the deskphone's ERL does not change upon changing the ERL in the app so the user won't have to change it back everytime.

Disable Ringing on Second Handset While First one is on Active Call
Scenario:
The customer has a Yealink W76P system with two handsets registered to the same extension (101). She wants to keep call waiting enabled, so she can receive another call while already on one. However, she does not want the second handset to ring when that second call comes in.Current behavior:
When the customer is on a call using Handset 1, and a second call comes in to extension 101:Handset 1 beeps (call waiting) – expected behavior

Ability to add Cisco Phone Custom Configurations to extend time on auto dial to give agent time to transfer calls .
Whenever dialing out on a Cisco desk phone. The auto dial out times out too quickly causing issues when trying to conference or transfer or even just make a call. The customer would like to configure the phones remotely to all of their phones instead of having to configure the phones one at a time manually.

Forward call when user rejects
When a USER extension has a call forwarding that is set to ring in order for other extensions, the call goes to voicemail when the initial device rejects the call. We need to have the ability to have the call move on to the next device when the call is rejected by the first device. This is a current behavior for a call queue but needs to be implemented for a user call forwarding rule.
