  1. currently, Under Role permissions, the Meeting section has the option "Company Cloud Recording File List". We would like to allow Site admins to view Meeting cloud recording file list for their sites only. Currently, turning on "Company Cloud Recording File List" allows site admins to see the list for the entire company. Please change this feature from entire company to site. Thanks.

  4. I would like to have any records of any call attempt to any of my number - whether it has been successful or not as this is helpful in checking if the number is having issues.

  5. I would like if it only rang on my mobile app when it is transferred to my extension, not every time someone calls. Ideally the setting would allow the mobile app to not ring every time someone calls - just when transferred to my extension. I want to see the call at first just on my desktop, then on my mobile app AND Desk top when transferred to me

  6. We wanted to get an option to reduce the number of seconds for automatic routing to the operator, when a caller did nothing after listening to the company greeting. Right now the delay is around 6-8 seconds and that is crucial especially some customers are rushing or in a tight schedule as well.

  10. After a custom rule is crafted, I'd like the ability to schedule the turning on and turning off of the rule. Example: We have a site that is normally closed on Fridays, their on-hours schedule lists them as open on Fridays, so that we can still present callers with central service options. We route calls to that special IVR using a custom rule covering every Friday. They'd like to answer calls at the site on a few random Fridays -- but there is currently no easy way to schedule that.

    My proposed idea would allow you to schedule on/off times…

  12. With MITEL, was able to do conference call with multiple people that allows more than 3 participants. When switched to RingCentral, can only do up to 3 people including the initiator. With RingCentral, call the first person, hit conference button, dial the second person, then hit the conference button again to join. Then, after this conference button disappears and there is even no option to add more person in the call.

  13. To be able to access a directory of contacts whereby the contacts are for video pro users. In this example a user contact information. The contacts should be accessible from Mitel phones, current work around is use of RC desktop app which works fine, but would be ideal to have it incorporated or sync to mitel.

  14. Poly Lens is a great management tool developed by Poly (now HP) to allow administrators to push policies and custom configuration down to Poly handsets. They have some integrations already with Microsoft and Zoom. It would be fantastic to have RingCentral work with them to have RC added to their integrations list, allowing the phones to be provisioned to RingCentral but configuration managed by Poly Lens.

  19. For RingCentral to add Nationwide calling to 310xxx numbers for Canada only. In the province of Quebec in Canada, there are a lot of services, like the police, public service, or companies that use these phone numbers. These numbers are always the same format ex: 310-XXXX

  20. I have a physical phone at work and another at home. Example is I am at home and answer most all my calls. I come to work and the phone lists them as all as missed calls. The phones should sync. Mitel could do this, but RC can not. Very frustrating.
