bridged call appearance Call/Line shared control
So on the Avaya system, you can assign a user's call appearance (line) to another user as a bridged call appearance. The line is then shared access between the users. The owner can take line off hook and the brdg-a user can see the line offhook. If a call to the line owner rings in the brdg-a user can answer "on that line" place the caller on hold and the owner can then pick up call off hold. In the attached screenshots, I'm searching for a contact by entering the last 4 digits of their phone number but I get no results.

Save the RC window size, placement, and config on close to use on open.
It takes me a few minutes at startup to get the RC window size, shape, location, and display mode set up. Suggest those be saved at close, and then used to display the window on open just like it was a close.

Page ring on Mitel deskphones
I would like to see the "Answer page ring" feature on Mitel desk phones. Currently, paging doesn't work with Mitel desk phones when using Ring Central. Having this feature for user's would help greatly.

free phone upgrade for out of warranty phones

Option to allow call through
Add an option that will be on/off that forces callers to press 1 to ring an extension. This would reduce spam calls. Example when enabled: "You have reached the extension of _________ to continue this call please press 1." If they press 1 continue processing the call. If not send to VM or even disconnect.

Live Call Memo
a VERY useful feature would be a small text memo with limited characters that could be attached to a live phone call. That way, when my receptionist looks up a work order to find who the call should go to, that work order # pops up on the screen to the transferee, so that person does not need to ask the caller the same questions that the receptionist did.
