  1. When using the Mobile app and on a call.. A new CELLULAR call comes in on same device, during the call using the app, the call is interrupted by ringing from the cell call. Would be a benifit to Mute the new Cellular call or limit its number of rings (akin to call waiting)

  3. Allow Restricted Global Emergency and Special Service Numbers as Extensions.
    Such as 154 which is currently one that can not be created as such, for Germany.

  4. Currently there is a limit that only one person can Silent Monitor a user at a time. When the second user tries to Silent Monitor the same person they get a prompt "you do not have access to this feature" which is the same message when a user doesn't have the set permission to monitor a particular user. This should be updated to something more accurate such as "user already being monitored, please try again later."

  7. Deny transferring calls to user’s extensions not registered to your system. Example: I receive an incoming call, and want to transfer to extension 3807, but I accidentally miss dial 3307. Even though that Extension doesn’t exist to me, Ring Central will still transfer that call, and the transferred caller will hear a message that the extension doesn’t exist. I would like to see that call get rejected and the error message heard by the user transferring that call and reject transferring call to an invalid system.   12. With MITEL, was able to do conference call with multiple people that allows more than 3 participants. When switched to RingCentral, can only do up to 3 people including the initiator. With RingCentral, call the first person, hit conference button, dial the second person, then hit the conference button again to join. Then, after this conference button disappears and there is even no option to add more person in the call.

  14. the french local 09 numbers ex: +33912345678 , must be considered as local numbers in our dialplans as the 01,02,03, 04& 05 , not premium ones.

    the 09 numbers are free of charge (the only difference compared to the other local prefixes 01,02,03,04 & 05 is that the 09 numbers are non geographical). they must be all whitelisted as well on our SBC so that customers can reach them easily from any of our product REX, RCX, etc ....

  16. As ISDN and analogue lines will be phased out by major EU carriers. We need to provide a different PSTN backup via the Persist Gateway for users. We would need the possibility to use a SIP Trunk instead. The SIP Trunk should offer straightforward IP connectivity and the option for a registration type of SIP Trunk.

  18. We have a paging system that sits at an extension then expects a zone code. I would like to make a speed dial that would allow a pause and then the zone code dialed automatically. The speed dial would look like this 800#,,04#. this would dial the extension 800, # enters the extension immediately, the ",," pauses the dial for 2 seconds, the enters the zone code of 02#.

    Currently when i enter this format as a Speed Dial for my extension under Presence, it accepts my input of "800#,,02#" but only writes "800" to the speed dial. The original…

  20. Remove the missed call notification when a call comes into a user when they are using a custom answering rule. When the custom answering rule is forwarded to another extension, the call logs show a missed call. Please remove this functionality.
