  6. A request has been given to have a separate shortcut for RingCentral dial pad so the whole application doesn't need to be pulled up every time customer needs to make a call.

  7. The customer would like not to put the current call on hold while there is a second incoming call via the mobile app. They would like to still hear the current call to inform them of the second incoming call before getting put on hold. This occurs on the mobile app via iOS.

  9. The way that link can be copied on the web app via URL portion, there should also be an additional copy recording link on the RC Desktop app, making it shareable across the account users with permission to access it.

  11. We need this feature to be able to hide specific employees view of the Company Directory as we dont want them to view the information of a certain company location, supervisor name of the other location and other sensitive info.

  12. BCA for Softclients , to follow the delegated line way (BCA) for devices as well for the Desktop app to allow mix and match.Organizations would like to use BCA not only for desk phones, but other colleagues using soft client only should be able to join the BCA groups

    - In order for the Administrator to know who accidentally placed themselves on DND on the deskphone, the status should be synced with the Admin Portal and the RC App. You may include this on the "Deskphone pairing" feature.

  17. "Transcriptions are mediocre, at best. Still have to type the call details out for a call because of the number of errors. Would be helpful to be able to correct the transcripts to help the AI "learn" or to enter non-standard or industry terms into a database for the software to choose from to help improve quality. "

    • Option to bring back the old layout on the Phone Tab wherein the spacious dial pad or right side is not that blank.
    • Since the dial pad can be popped up, the right side could have been minimized or could be adjusted to maximize displays of call logs and voicemails as a whole and not per log.
