Automatic notifications for SFTP failed to transfer recordings - Automate retry transfer for failed transfers
For those transferring recordings to long-term storage for compliance reasons, currently the only way to check for failed transfers is to navigate to: More>Apps and Resources>Archiver BetaThen navigate to the third Phone tab, select the More expand button, sort by Archived to Storage > FailedWe then manually review these failures/retry.It would be good if we could automate the delivery of a report of these failed recordings the same way that we are able to automate the delivery of a simple or detailed call log under the Reports tab. In some sense, the functionality is mostly there, it just doesn't apply…

Roles and Permission specific template only
Roles and Permission specific template only that only target Roles and Permission and not being included on the current template. Reason behind is the feeling of too much risk using the template that might affect all the accounts settings if it was not reviewed carefully. Having it separated will give customer peace of mind and confidence to change the Roles and Permission knowing it will only affect that specific key.

disable the rollover
We are a small town radio station and we do contests and don't need the rollover feature when giving stuff away. There should be a way to shut off the rollover feature, so as to give a busy signal to our contestants.

Feature request: Ability to duplicate the default "all employee group"
The ability to duplicate the default "all employee group" on GLIP would be nice for internal company-wide notifications that are of a different subject matter. Currently, we use the "all employee group" for IT issues only. If I want to create a separate group to notify everyone of events, for example, each user I want to contact must be input individually. This easily becomes an issue if your org has 100+ users and is hiring new people all the time (they'd need to be added on an ongoing basis, which is hard to maintain!).

adjust length of time before an extension-to-extension call times out while dialing
We use 3-digit office extension numbers. if you pause for a few seconds while direct-dialing another extension the call will time out. I want to be able to adjust the length of time to complete a 3-digit extension dial to 5, 10 and 15 seconds.

Adding extra digits to the incoming number
It would be useful to add extra digits to incoming phone numbers displaying on my phone. I found this feature to be usefull (it used to be an option) because it told me right away that it was a business call via ringcentral. I use my phone also for personal calls, so this made it easy to screen them

Separate Hold Music from Call Flip
Putting someone on hold and playing music is acceptable practice and usually a user will tell the other person on the line that they will be put on hold. A call flip however is primary used by the user to leave the office or return to the office while on the phone. This transition is so fast and smooth that hold music is not needed. It can also cause confusion to others on a call when they hear hold music when not expecting it. I request there be a setting to disable just the call flip hold music and not…

Monitor calls/answer calls for others in RingCentral App
We need a way for our receptionists to use the RingCentral App to monitor and answer calls for their department directors. This is only available using the RingCentral Phone however the rest of our institution is using the RingCentral App for desktop(glip).

Answer incoming calls from Jabra Headset

Add Job Title to User List Columns and to Filter
It would be nice to have the Job Title field added to the list of fields able to be added as a column in the User List in service web. Also add the Job Title field to the filter so I can filter by all users with the same job title.

Add Custom Event Repeat Options
For instance, if I wanted to schedule an event for every week day except Mondays, I could select weekly recurrence and then select Tuesday through Friday.

Filter phone items
Unread, Urgent and other default and custom flags would be helpful as filters in the history list. Buttons in the left panel within each section (like All voicemail exists now) and selectable in the Filter search box.

Filter tasks in the sidebar
A long list of tasks (complete and incomplete) in the sidebar of a team is not very helpful when there are dozens of tasks. It should be possible to filter them here (complete, section, person, due date) as well as in a summary task management window.

Admins : Approve or Deny message being sent to mass notify teams on Glip
We can create rules regarding Distribution Lists for Exchange that requires approval before mass emails are sent, I would like to have this same feature applied to Glip as our company has a team account that includes all users.

Add a Search Box to Site Filter When Viewing User List
Add a search box in the filter by site dropdown when viewing the user list. This is included in the department field, why not the site list?We have multi-site enabled and have over 150 sites created. It sometimes takes forever to find the site needed to filter by.
