As a podcaster, one of the biggest challenges I and my co-host face is to get a consistent audio (and video) quality for our show recordings.Since RingCentral already has a robust technology like RC Rooms, I think you folks can replicate the technology to create a virtual room for podcast hosts and guests where the host has the master control to maintain the audio (and video) quality for all participants, like controlling their voluming, muting a participant's background noise, etc.

  2. If the customer does not press zero, but holds the line as directed, there is 8 seconds of silence. We are noticing some hang ups during this because the customer thinks we have dropped the call.

  3. It would be great to be able to record a greeting for a Direct Number so you can then change what the caller hears based on the number you give them. Then you don't have to create different call queues and regardless of how many numbers you assign to the same group. It would all be about the number the caller is calling.

  4. Ideas:One Glip app with both the individual intraoffice extention and the shared extension. My concern is that using the same Glip app for both the shared ext and individual ext would be ineffecting and very inconvenient). Secretaries are required to multitask, to be able to immediately reply to the doctor and the patient simultaneously. Separate applications allow us to do so. Also, when there is an issue/glitch in the Glip app, it affect our ability to communicate with our patients.   5. I don't want to count queue abandons at <30 seconds. They are hang ups and aren't valid in our performance data. Ring Central does not have the ability to set an abandonment threshold. I know that RC is not an ACD, but this should be a standard in any phone system. I've never seen one where it's not an option - until now.

Option to keep the Sites filter in place when editing multiple phones.Every time I need to change multiple phones and select a Site filter, when I'm finished and click the "Back" button, it brings me back to the list of user phones but clears the filter. It makes it difficult when updating several phones in the same site and I have to re-select the site in the filter drop down list every single time.

Every time I need to dial a number, I have to click the Phone icon at the bottom left, which reveals the Dial Text Box where I then paste the number I want to dial.Could you please put a copy of the dial text box at the very top left of the user interface, just below the company name heading? This will allow quick copy/paste and dialing on Return key being pressed.

  14. We are using Ring Central Teams for implementations. Many tasks stay the same and we just need to alter due dates. Would love to be able to export a list of tasks from one ring central team chat, modify dates and then import into a new ring central chat team. Right now I have to enter each task manually over and over again for each implementation we do.

  16. lets say I want the floors mopped once a week. It doesn't matter which day so long as it gets done once a week. So I create a task for it and my employee gets a notification on Monday to mop the floors but if he doesn't remember to do it that day it is simply forgotten because there are no reminders. It would be nice if another notification was sent at least daily to remind the user that he/she has an uncompleted task. Everybody would benefit from this .   17. It is useful for letting people outside the company know your text is coming from a particular company and possibly give the text receiver a way to research your company further. It would also be nice to be able to add a tag line or additional contact information. This would probably be a per user setting but would even help if it was a company wide setting.
