Being able to receive calls from multiple Ring Central accounts at the same time, without toggling accounts.
As a business owner, operating/involved in multiple companies. I have two Ring Central accounts, one for each company. There are times where I have multiple calls that need to be transferred to me directly from different accounts. Unless I go into the app to switch on my mobile device, I will not receive the call. My suggestion is to be able to receive calls from multiple accounts on my mobile device or the same device, rather than having two separate devices, as it somewhat defeats the purpose of using the Ring Central phone system for multiple companies, for me as an owner.
