Text messages from Google Voice nos. is not showing in the group conversation in the RingCentral app but instead its showing in a separate thread for the said number. I need to be able to receive messages from google vocie nos. on the same group thread and not on a separated thread for google vocie

Convert Files to links
We need to send larger pdf documents via text. Our prior provider automatically converted files to a clickable link when we dropped them in the text message. This avoids the need to support sending multiple file types and avoid size limitations of sms.

SMS Details
option to view the number of the recipient/sender along/beside their name
verbatim from cx; When I would text a client, their phone number would appear next to their name in the text messaging section. For some reason, it no longer appears. Is this a system update, or did I change a setting somehow?

Add a copy button next to the phone number
On the desktop app PLEASE add a copy button right next to the phone number when the text message is open. Right now it is on the drop down menu (like in the picture) but it would be really helpful to put it right next to the phone number. Thanks!

We need to pick message we are aiming our responses
instead of using the message again , and redirect we should pick up the Message or response we would like to Reply without having to rewrite the whole message again, we can do it with Icons only, but we need text Reactions too.

Please put the timestamps back into the texts on the desktop app.
This is necessary for our job in order to track when we text/receive messages to/from our travelers that we work with. This update is unnecessary and is making our whole company struggle. Please put the texts back to how they were.

including an image in the sms text templates
Please update the new sms text templates (LOVE THIS FEATURE!) to allow you to include an image. I send out a text message to every new patient with directions and other various details. I always include an image of a parking map for them. The template is fantastic but I still have to go find the image every time and attach it. The template saves me from copy and pasting the text but not the image. I still have to keep that 'note' clip on my desktop so it's found easily. It would be FANTASTIC if you could allow an…

Allow multiple users to respond to the main number texts
when a client texted in on the main number , allow multiple users to see and respond to there message. grasshopper has this because there is only 1 number to work through

separate SMS app or widget for mobile device
All of our users must use the RingCentral mobile app for business-related SMS/text messaging. It would be great if they could tap one icon and instantly go into the RC SMS app. Our users don't like using the RC app for SMS because there are always 2 steps - Open the RC app, then tap the SMS/text icon. They would like to be able simply tap an icon on their mobile device and go directly into SMS.

SMS support for CCRN RingCX numbers
CCRN DIDs for RingCX need to support SMS handling in the RingCentral App. This works in RingCentral Contact Center today. Our existing RingCentral Contact Center needs this functionality to move to RingCX.

provide suggested template
Please provide suggested wording for a customers website so that when they modify it, and submit for a campaign they have an "idea" of what Ring Central is looking for instead of countless rejections. Customers are getting frustrated that they get a rejection with a reason and then change it, only to be met with another rejection

Super Admin full access to VM and SMS on the Admin Portal
It would be great if Super Admin have full access to VM and SMS of all the user on the account in the Admin Portal. As a Super Admin, they should be able to view these information for review and reporting on the same place they are managing the settings of the account

SMS Service Canadian Phone Numbers
Consistency of SMS service to Canadian phone numbers, as some customers are having issues sending SMS to Canadian numbers as well.
Without using a toll free number in sending SMS.
