Ability to forward texts to multiple extensions/numbers
With COVID and curbside checkins, it would be great if when customers arrive, they could send a text to our main number letting us know they are here and we could have that forward to multiple ringcentral extensions/numbers and receive the text on multiple computers via the RingCentral Phone app.

Add the ability on O@H to use the main company number as the outbound SMS number for all users.
Background: Customer asking to add the ability on O@H to use the main company number as the outbound SMS number for all users on the mobile app.
Problem: Unable to use the main account number as the outbound SMS id if NOT logged in as operator extension.

MMS/Group text capability in Salesforce Integration
In the RingCentral Salesforce integration, we can only send SMS messages to contacts. If you add more than one destination phone number, the system sends the message as individual SMS'. Instead, we would like a group message to be created. This is possible in the RC mobile and desktop apps.

Phone like experience for RingCentral App Text Messaging
The old windows RingCentral App that is about to be retired has a very pleasing Smart Phone like text messaging that the new RingCentral App does not offer. Please allow for the New RingCentral App to be configured by the user so the user only sees what they want to see. Allow API SMS/MMS sending from all account numbers
Currently, the SMS API only allows sending from extensions that are directly assigned to the logged in account. It would be EXTEREMLY useful to be able to either a) allow the main number account to send from any valid extension or b) create a way that extensions permissions could be assigned to multiple accounts.Use case: all our sales team use their ringcentral direct number as their primary method of phone/SMS interaction with all customers. Send email confirmation after you have sent a text message
Currently, we only receive an email after our client responds. It would be helpful for documentation purposes if we could also receive an email after we have texted the client.

Honor Opt Out for P2P SMS
Robert Half wants to enable SMS for all users and have any customer able to opt out to SMS which should then be honored for every RC extension. If one of their clients requests to stop SMS, than nobody at Robert Half should be able to SMS that number.

Copy and Paste multiple phone numbers at a time on "To: Field" for SMS
It would be best if the RingCentral application, allows copy and paste of phone numbers from .csv file or excel file on the "To: Field", especially if there are multiple numbers they need to Enter.This will lessen the time and provide ease to users instead of copying and pasting the numbers 1 by 1, which is time consuming.

SMS texts to go to different users based on custom routing schedule
Hi right now the phone calls are set to go to my assistant Melissa 5 days a week. But on her days off, they go to my other assistant Tania. This is set up through a custom routing schedule. WE NEED THE SAME CAPABILITY FOR TEXT MESSAGES TO BE AUTOMATICALLY DIRECTED TO THE PERSON ASSIGNED TO ANSWERING THE PHONE. I am a realtor and most of our business is done through text. Thanks

Option to Disable Group SMS please
Customer would like to block the ability to send SMS messages to more than one recipient. They would like the ability to block both "Group" texts but also sending a single message to more than one separate recipient.
