Change from top-posting to bottom-posting in conversation streams
The latest version of RC does no longer allows conversation streams to be viewed in ascending or descending order. This feature needs to be added back in with the next app update.

Outbound call from deskphone when double-click number in call history on desktop app
Currently, if you double-click a phone number in the call history on the desktop app it initiates the call via the computer. Looking for method where it will initiate the call on the desktop phone instead. Need to use desktop phone for the call and have ability to mute computer so that other applications are not interrupting the call (also preference to use the phone for speaker phone mic). Only option I've found so far is to instead manually type phone numbers, which is inefficient compared to other tools used in past.

Retain prior "Status" text in history after user Changes their Status
If you set your status for your extension, it displays it beside your name in the messages section. If you change your status, all prior messages also show the new status you enter. This doesn't necessarily work well. What your status is -now- should not be reflected in your previous messages before you changed that status. It should stay what it was at the time you send that message. If I had a status of "Working on fix for E-mail" at 5pm on May 10th, and I send a message to a Team with that status, it should keep that…

Tag Messages
It would be nice to tag messages as they relate to a specific subject. Then when you need to filter through your messages you can sort by "tag" and find the information you need related to the relevant subject.

set retention period for RC App team messages by team
Different types of team require different retention periods - for example we have project teams where the retention period will vary by project life and more social teams where we only need a short period. At the moment, all periods have to be set to the longest. I would like this to be a setting controlled on a team by team basis.

Allow forwarding of voicemails via the RC desktop app
I can forward voicemails to my team members but only if I log into the web portal. It would be nice to have this feature available in the desktop app, too.

Data Retention Policy Verbiage Update
When an Administrator inputs a certain date for the Data Retention Policy, previous messages stay intact. We would like to see the previous messages prior to the time of entry to no longer be visible. If you click the 'Learn More' link on the UI, it goes to a non-existent link so the product feedback is 'please improve the text' for this feature, there is no indication that the retention policy STARTS from the time of entry.

Option to make your self unavailable for a particular queue while being a member of multiple queues
We have employees that are members of two queues, for instance. During random times of the day, they do not need to receive calls from a particular queue.Currently, you can only set your status to either "available" or "unavailable" for all the queues in which you are member. This makes no sense...to be "all" or nothing".There needs to be a way in which the member can make themselves unavailable to receive calls from a particular queue while still receiving calls from the other queues in which they are a member.We only use soft phones and have no physical phones.PLEASE. Make video calls HARDER to click accidentally.
Add a step or move the video call feature. Too many pocket video conferences with large groups. I’m confused as to why it’s so easy to accidentally activate.

Disable Emojis option
Add the ability to disable Emojis in the messaging pane.This is for instances when links to file folder locations are shared by some of this link is replaced with emojis.

It would be very, very helpful if we could receive a notification reminder for unfinished tasks.
lets say I want the floors mopped once a week. It doesn't matter which day so long as it gets done once a week. So I create a task for it and my employee gets a notification on Monday to mop the floors but if he doesn't remember to do it that day it is simply forgotten because there are no reminders. It would be nice if another notification was sent at least daily to remind the user that he/she has an uncompleted task. Everybody would benefit from this . Add a distinction for personal/work calls via RC App
I work from home and use my cell phone/RC app for the majority of my calls. Aside from seeing my office number, there is not a distinction of personal/work calls. I like seeing the persons number so I can search the account as I am receiving the phone call to help with customer service and the person feeling like we care. If I use the only tool on the app currently for call forwarding, I cannot personalize their experience as easily.If the incoming calls through the app could show "Ring Central Call" with the persons number listed it would be…

Export tasks to Google or Outlook calendar
We use a Google Calendar to manage office appointments and meetings. Would be nice to export tasks to the calendar so we can keep everything centralized.

The ability to disable features company wide
The ability to disable Glip/Message and other features (like Tasks, Events, Files and Notes). Where our users cannot use these features. Basically a toggle to allow the feature to be used or not

Extension number field for personal contact number
Hi. Our customer would like to add a personal contact numbers and include the extension number. However, there is no field for the extension number. Customer said that this would be more convenient for easily dialing the number and connecting to the right person.
