If you use the RingCentral App actively for messages and text, the search bar is crucial for quickly finding conversations. Please add direct access to it via a shortcut (e.g., the "/" symbol) to avoid having to click around.

Enable adding of multiple recordings in IVR prompts
This allows to layer greeting and menu recordings to allow only have to change the menu recording if a key press is changed, or change the initial greeting for holidays and not have to rerecord key press prompts

Would like ability to edit the default system statement to the caller. Change this default greeting, but still have the system voice make the announcement to the caller."Your call has been forwarded to the voicemail for Survey Feedback. No one is available to take your call. At the tone, please record your message. When you've finished recording, you may hang up or press the # key for more options."

configure a desktop phone to a generic user
We should be able to configure an existing phone to a generic user without any voicemail or else.. just when we call this phone number, just ringing if anybody pick up the call, the client (inside or outside) hanging up.

Feature: To have the ability/option to control volume for Hold Music and Audio While Connecting in Service WebLogin to Service WebClick UsersSelect Screening, Greeting, and Hold MusicCurrently you can only select what music will play for Hold and Audio While connecting or upload a custom one. Customer would like to have an additional button to control the Volume for the 2 settings.

Live Dictation of Phone Calls and Meetings (Speech-to-text)
Speech-to-text dictation of voicemails already exists, but for the benefit of hard of hearing users we would love to see a feature where phone calls could also have dictation in real time. Could be used for meetings as well.

Add Paging Groups in RC App
We use paging groups to unlock doors in the building. We have SIP relays connected to the doors. If a visitor calls from the entrance, once we disconnect the intercom, we dial *84 and then 14 to unlock the lobby door. If we could have the paging groups in the RC app, we could click the paging group and unlock the door from either the desktop or mobile app. Paging groups don't show up in the new software, but they did in the legacy software?

Feature Request: Show outgoing fax number for every user
At the moment only the main fax sender/recipient will display the company fax number on outgoing fax messages. For every other user that sends a fax, the main phone number will be displayed instead of a fax number.This is an essential feature for companies with multiple fax users, especially where a fax response is needed.

Favorite Contacts in new app.
This currently exists in the RC Phone app, but does not exist in the new RC App for Windows. I use this feature constantly. I would like to be able to use only one app, but I need to continue use of RC Phone in order to access my favorite contacts. Also, why don't all of my contacts that are in RC Phone sync with RC App?

Fax confirmation with image
EU would like them to have the ability to receive a confirmation page that the fax was received by the recipient. It is specifically an image of the page that was faxed on the confirmation page.

Show status icon for users in left column (like in RC classic)
Ring Central "Classic" would show the icon from a status next to the user name in the left hand column of the app. Hovering over the icon would show the status text (including custom status text). This is not implemented in the new Ring Central App.As we are all working remotely we find this was a good feature. I can tell if someone is simply "out of office", or even "Running" or "Having Lunch".This is NOT the same as DND, it conveys much more information and DND affects other behaviours too.Please re-implement this missing feature in the new Ring Central…

Submit Feature Request in behalf of Customer Allyson - Customer said that she is blind so she cant utilize much RingCentral Customer ask if maybe there is feature that can help her to navigate/use the RingCentral then it will be great help for her
