Permanently Change Screen Name on RC Meeting
We have highly credentialed employees that want their credentials to appear in their screen name when in RC meetings with clients. Right now they have to add their credentials to their screen name for every single meeting. If they could permanently change their screen name, it would save them time!

Possibility to refuse text messages from a number
In the admin portal on our number we can decide if we accept "call and fax", "call only" of "fax only". Should be cool the include text message so we can enable or disable text message from some number (like our master number)

Please add OneDrive as a file upload option in the new RingCentral app.
In the RingCentral Classic (GLIP) app, there existed a plethora of file upload sources, not the least of which was the widely-used OneDrive platform. The new RingCentral app lacks these options. It only has the ability to attach files from the local computer, or Google Drive which is not very commonly used in enterprise environments.Please restore the ablity to upload files from OneDrive.

Add Back the Option to Transfer a Call Directly to Voicemail
We use this feature all the time; especially now that we are working remotely. If we IM a user in the RC app to see if they are available to take a call. If they are not we would send the caller directly to VM. This happened yesterday and our owner was in a meeting when his phone went off. He was not happy that the call came through. We explained that the option to transfer to VM was gone. PLEASE PUT IT BACK. We and our clients need it.

Register customer's number before they can connect to your main number.
We will register the customer's number. Once registered to the main account. The customer will be able to call the main number. If not registered they'll not be able to call the main number.

Subtitles during phone calls
It would be great if a feature was available for during phone calls where you could read subtitles of what the other person is saying. For people who are visual and read lips, it would be really helpful to have that added support. Please let me know if something becomes available!

Custom Ringtone for Plug-In
Hi, it would be greatly appreciated if you were able to customize a ringtone for the plug-in like you can for the app version. The ringtone assigned is a bit obnoxious and distracting when you are fielding a rate of call-ins as a team. Thanks!

Local French Dialling
In order for French users to dial locally, users need to have the ability to dial internationally. This is not logical and could create a risk for News UK due to financial impact

Add time of day rules for receiving notifications and sounds
We are global. With groups using Glip for notification, everyone in the group is notified for new postings. With a group in (Germany, France, Netherlands, India) the folks in the group receive notifications throughout the night, even when based in the US. It would be GREAT to have the ability to restrict sounds to hours based on your local time zone: eg No sound notificatiosn from 11:30 Pm to 6:30 AM etc. They could turn them off before going to bed and back on in the morning, but a set it and forget it would be a material improvement. Ability to turn off miss call notification on the phone app
I like to get notifications for text but I wish there was a way to turn off the notification for miss calls. I know you can go to the phone setting and turn off all Ring Central notifications but that doesn't help because then that would turn off text notifications. Thank you!

Show International calling credits bundle usage on Call Logs
Having a column on Call Logs specifically for calls using up the International Calling Credits Bundle would be a big help.We have over 300 users. 70 of which have global office numbers. It's difficult to keep track of which US extensions are making calls that incur a subtraction from the international calling credits if there is no indication on the call logs. We found that one phone call. There was no indication on the Purchased column under Call Logs. The extension had a US number, and made an international call. But it would be difficult to look through the call…

Application installation/usage by device for NIST/CMMC compliance
Report to show which users have the mobile or desktop application installed/logged in and some identifiying information regarding that device (OS, MAC address, IP, etc.)

Archive Messaging as SMS when sent from Text widget
If a user sends a 'SMS' by selecting a Company contact from Text widget it should send out the SMS gateway and provide archiving as normal personal contact. We need this feature to ensure proper compliance of any texting. Or allow Admin to remove Company contact as option when doing SMS messaging

Forward a call to another phone, but continue ringing initial phone.
Once a call gets forward to another person, the original person still has a chance to pick up the call.

Survey option after phone call has ended
We use a hunt group within the Human Resources Department to answer Suez internal and external calls. We would like to employ a brief survey of questions after the call is completed to identify if their satisfaction level.

Make the process of removing a phone number from an unassigned extension more intuitive
When deleting a number from an unassigned extension with a phone, it leaves an unassigned user called ext. with no device assigned. There is no way to attach a phone number from inventory to that extension without a device. To associate a phone number as an unassigned extension an admin would need to delete those unassigned extensions without devices then add the new unassigned extension and select the previous number from inventory to attach. That process also involves choosing a shipping method even if the phone is a softphone. It seems very counterintuitive. Suggest not requiring shipping if softphone is…

Add keyboard shortcut/ hot key to end a phone call
Rather than having to click on the red button to end a phone call (tricky sometimes to navigate back to the app to find the button).... Create a hot key/ shortcut on the keyboard so that we can hang up a phone call without needing to use the mouse.

With Multi-site feature, need ability to rename Main site from 'company'
From admin, can see that it is called “Main Site”. It would be helpful to be able to change it to “Newsitename”
