  2. The request is to provide better tools to dial IVNs. This mainly pertains to in-country dialing for Toll-Free in Service Web. Currently, the customer has to find out how to first dial the number and verify that it's working properly.

  3. Healthcare customers using RC Fax typically have different groups using the same fax numbers to fax HIPAA sensitive information. Currently, the RingEX portal doesn’t provide multiple logins on the same fax number. Sharing a login may not comply with security policies and may cause issues with HIPAA.

  4. For customers who will be building out similar configurations across many locations, it would be helpful to require a way to capture a reference configuration and replicate many times. Example:
    - Users - phone type, role, dial plan (same extension #'s every location/position)
    - Presence & intercom configuration, park groups, ring groups, hold music (system wide), OB caller-ID

  5. By design, restaurants have no access to admin portal and can't make changes to messages. Some customers would like a Telephone User Interface access to announcements. For example, the ability to change recorded prompts/announcements in the call flow. This could be authenticated using either a PIN or only an available feature for a specific user.

  8. The request is to provide the ability to modify Company phone number site assignment when a phone number is reviewed in Phone System<Phone Numbers. The ability would be helpful to be offered as a dropdown. When "parking" numbers in an account (additional numbers or unassigned) these will need to be assigned to the auto-receptionist before assigning to a user as a full DL. Currently, this process returns the number to the "Company" instead of honoring the site the number was previously in.

  11. Request is for ability to assign billing approval limits within Roles, allowing Site Admins to add product/services to their site within the account up to a specified limit. If billing exceeds this limit, it gets escalated for approval by Super Admin.

  13. Ability to allow international on a user basis on a UID. So, if 5 users on the UID need to make calls to Jamaica, the administrator can allow this on a user basis for the users to call that country while rest of the users can not. Today, a country is all or nothing on the UID.

Add page numbers to the TOP of the service web pages when making changes to users, devices, numbers, etc. Additionally, once an object is clicked on and edited, consistently go back to where the admin originally was in the list of items they were changing. In other words, honor the page they were on and any filters that were set. This is an important feature to have for large accounts with thousands of numbers, users, and devices.

  20. When using filters on the Phones & Devices portion of Service Web, and the user clicks on the device they want to edit and save, when the user clicks the "back" button, the web page goes back to the proper Phones and Devices tab, but the filters end up being cleared. The admin then has to resubmit their filters, find what they are looking for next, etc. It's a lot of time and work when making a lot of device changes.
