Import ics Calendar to RingCentral App
It would be great to be able to import a Calendar from an account that isn't Google or Microsoft. Importing an *.ics calendar file would allow us to better utilize the calendar presence feature. Similarly, it would be great to be able to schedule meetings to this calendar as well so that it better integrates with our internal GroupWise environment.

The Ability to Choose to Leave a Message or be Forwarded to a Backup Person
I think it would be excellent capability for an Out of Office message to allow a caller to choose to leave a message on the direct line of the person they called, or be forwarded to a backup person (without establishing an IVR).

Would you be able to add two notification features?
Hi there!I am just hoping for a couple of usability upgrades for your platform. Primarily, I would like to be able to adjust notification settings across the whole organization for Teams App chats like I can for incoming calls, texts, and faxes. Currently each user has to change their own through preferences in the app.Secondly, I would like to be able to link these aforementioned App Team chats through email. We need to be able to reply to tasks!
In the previous version of the RingCentral app, we're able to leave message updates in relation to given tasks. This new version doesn't have that, and it makes keeping tasks organized super tricky!

Add ability for admins to turn off automatic call recording notification emails
Our main contact is upset he can't restrict the notification emails that reach end users on a couple fronts:A) He believes the liability is on his organization to communicate this to usersB) That aside, he doesn't understand why these notifications need to be sent monthly... why is this needed more than once?He wants the ability to be able to turn these off completely as his business already has paperwork in place with users to address this and these only cause greater confusion.Generational Equity, UID: 2375197015, 11k MRR

Visual cues for audio activity within phone calls
RingCentral App Feature request: When using multiple speaker and microphone devices on a given system, callers can be unsure of whether their microphone is working, especially when leaving a voice mail to which the call recipient cannot verify the caller is being heard, perhaps if they have not selected the appropriate microphone device. Add Company number to Company Info/Auto Receptionist/Company Numbers settings
When using Multi-site, it can be difficult to find the numbers that are associated with a site and adding them to these locations would make it easier.

Add the option to disable messages for Call Queues to route to another Group like you can for a User.
In a User account, under Messages, the option exists to Disable Take Messages and then choose How To Handle Missed Calls and Connect Directly To Group. I would like to see that functionality carried over to Groups - Call Queues to allow more options in call routing such as if the call is not answered in the initial Call Queue, the call can be routed to another Call Queue with an expanded list of Members.

Adding Contacts Specific to Each Company Phone Number
The ability to add contacts per phone number within RingCentral. For example, your corporation has subsidiaries that perform separate and distinct functions, and each company has a separate phone number and associated contacts/clients, and all numbers are managed under the one RingCentral account.The ability to add callers to specific phonebooks for specific phone numbers being managed by RingCentral.

Sort Tasks for Most Recent & Make Comments & Sub tasks
Previous version of tasks allowed you to sort by most recent. This is very useful.Also I dont see a way to make comments on a task.Also it would be great to have subtasks.ThanksD

Integrate business impacting alarms in RC portal for proactive action
Business impacting high and critical severity SBC/gateway alarms should be integrated with RC portal to take proactive action and to minimise the outage.From customer stand point, alarm integration would also help to segregate the issue on timely manner.

Admin portal, make departement drop down menu searchable or in alphabetical order
Department drop down menu when creating a new call queue is not searchable and is not in alphabetical order.

Add ability to whitelist extensions when block all calls is enabled
When block all calls is turned on for an extension currently you are only able to add area codes and DIDs to the whitelist. This becomes an issue when the same CID is used for all devices, as allowing the CID would enable all devices to call the blocked extension. If the ability to whitelist extensions was added this would allow whitelisting of a single device.

Dial Box Location
Every time I need to dial a number, I have to click the Phone icon at the bottom left, which reveals the Dial Text Box where I then paste the number I want to dial.Could you please put a copy of the dial text box at the very top left of the user interface, just below the company name heading? This will allow quick copy/paste and dialing on Return key being pressed.

Dial action tables are common on phone systems/voicemail systems and could work similarly on ringcentral.Could be a widget or something built under call handling and forwarding that allows users to have a 1-5 or however many options, to put in different lines to forward to.Works in tandem with a greeting that presents options to the user, i.e. Thank you for calling, Please press 1 for General questions, Please press 2 for technical support (and when users press one, it forwards the caller to a line that answers general questions and if the user presses 2, it forwards to a phone…
