Caller id covers the toggle where you can leave or enter to accept queue calls-need a widget toggle or to move it
My caller id on Android comes up on the top and covers the whole top when a call is coming in. I often have to leave the queue so someone else can pick it up (if I'm already busy with something) and I can't get to the toggle without repeatedly disconnecting the current incoming call. If I'm not quick enough to get to that toggle, I have to do this many times which I'm sure is not fun for the caller. A widget on/off queue button or toggle that we could place on our wallpaper/phone desktop would be great, or…

Fax contingent recipient
If a DID receives a fax, but the user is not signed into the RC desktop or Mobile apps, a contingent recipient should be able to be specified.

Better integration with Mac OS build-in calendar and contacts
We need better integration between Mac OSX and RC App. There should be integration between the Mac OS calendar/team events and contacts (as there is in the mobile app).

Add BYOC numbers as Unassigned Users
The request is to allow BYOC numbers to be imported as an Unassigned User. The current process is to add BYOC numbers as: Auto-Receptionist, Audio Conferencing, Meetings, or Extension. It becomes a manual process to associate the BYOC DID to the user.

Outbound Caller ID Template Phone Numbers
The request is for user templates to leverage phone numbers assigned to sites while using the multi-site feature for outbound caller ID number settings. Currently, the only choices in the template for outbound caller ID number are "Company Numbers" and not the full list of other numbers currently associated to other sites.

Changes to Extension List/Report
Include all extensions in the account for Users, Auto-Receptionist, IVR Menus, Site Extn, Call Queues, Paging Only, Shared Lines, Park, Limited Extensions. downloadable report or online list of ALL extensions in the account.

"Ring additional extensions" for Share Line Group
Option to ring other devices that just the Shared Line Group phones. In the event the call was picked up on one of the "other phones," the call would no longer be visible on the SLG.

Remove the RingCentral app page at end of activation wizard
The request is for the last page of the activation steps to be removed. Instead, would like to have the RC Phone app pushed to the desktop through the app deployment tool.

Add Thailand for Global Office Supported countries
Add Thailand as one of the supported countries for Global Office number. This way it can help in utilizing their numbers as Caller ID both Locally and Globally.

Create company template for inbound routing to go to a different extension
The request is for to ability to have a template whereby a call to a specific user's number would direct to a another extensions, queue, etc. Currently, for a 400 user company that wanted to set this for each user, it would require 400 custom rules to be created/managed.

Shared Lines will not work with Polycom Sidecars which are needed to add presence line keys
Assuming there is no technical reason it wouldn't work, just need to add the ability to expand Polycom VVX devices with Sidecars when Shared Line Groups are added. Service Web will not allow you to add a Sidecar to a phone that has Shared Lines.

Auto-text message Hotkey when a cell phone is highlighted.
I want to be able to highlight a phone number and press a hotkey to open text messages with the number already in there like how auto-dialer works when pressing F6 on a highlighted phone number. Pressing Shift-F8 currently opens a blank text message box and only when RC is the active window.

Prevent numbers from being displayed as CID when outbound dial
Let us block numbers from being allowed to display as CID when outbound dial. If a number is assigned to the q that has an internal inbound # on it, the user has the ability to see the number and use it as outbound CID. We dont want all numbers to be displayed for outbound

Provide correct in country dialing format for Toll-Free IVN's
The request is for the dialing format for each IVN to be added to be able to test the international numbers.

Dialing tool to test newly added Toll-Free IVN's
The request is to provide better tools to dial IVNs. This mainly pertains to in-country dialing for Toll-Free in Service Web. Currently, the customer has to find out how to first dial the number and verify that it's working properly.

Multiple unique user logins for shared extensions
Healthcare customers using RC Fax typically have different groups using the same fax numbers to fax HIPAA sensitive information. Currently, the RingEX portal doesn’t provide multiple logins on the same fax number. Sharing a login may not comply with security policies and may cause issues with HIPAA.

Save and re-use configs across accounts
For customers who will be building out similar configurations across many locations, it would be helpful to require a way to capture a reference configuration and replicate many times. Example:
- Users - phone type, role, dial plan (same extension #'s every location/position)

A TUI to access IVR features (announcements are the first priority)
By design, restaurants have no access to admin portal and can't make changes to messages. Some customers would like a Telephone User Interface access to announcements. For example, the ability to change recorded prompts/announcements in the call flow. This could be authenticated using either a PIN or only an available feature for a specific user.

Use Spreadsheet to add Presence Keys
Ability to use a spreadsheet to add Presence keys on the phones when building out a new site. Without this, 1 key at a time on 10 phones takes a long time.
