Provide option to force log out users from MVP and CXOne at a set time
We have some users who forget to log out at the end of their shift which affects some of our reporting. Can you provide an option or setting which will automatically log out selected users at a set time.

Have the ability to check previous total log in time, filter by dates to check total amount of hours connected

Real time showing Calls spilt out will provide beter live monitoring
No way to choose just inbound calls under Real Timne Agent Options (See Screen shot)

Ability to increase or change font and size on Real Time Dashboards - especially when hosting on a wallboard
Having the ability to change Real Time Dashboard fonts, colours and size would be really helpful especially when displaying on wallboards of various sizes.

Enable attached feature for fax without enabling File sharing
We disabled file sharing across the board as we did not want file sharing with any features. This may have affected the ability to add a document to the send-a-fax screen. How can I enable the attach feature for fax without enabling the file sharing feature? I am making some assumptions here, but please advise on a solution that would meet our needs.

Custom Contact Nicknames
We should be able to give contacts nicknames that only the user can see. Simple, easy to implement, and great customization option in my opinion.

Restrict Access For RC Desktop App Contacts Favorite
By default, all users have access to adding favorite contacts. However, when a customer unchecks the "Include User in Company Directory" option under user details, the name disappears from the company contacts. Users still retain access to adding favorites. The customer's request is to implement admin-controlled access, allowing administrators to determine which users have the ability to add favorites.

I would love if there was a sound notification for a call in queue. If Im not on that screen, I miss calls in que
I often work on multiple screens. So, sometimes I miss calls in queue because I am on a different screen. If it could ring when theres a call in queue or other sound notification that would be great!

Do what you say you’re gonna do
When I spoke with your sales rep, they told me that it would take them a couple of days to look into getting the number that I want and that they would get back to me that was five days ago. Somebody from your company called me a couple days ago to onboard me when I asked about acquiring a number they had no clue what I was talking about. This is not a good first impression of your company. You guys need to have better communication within your business.

Voicemail recipient when blind transfer
The client wanted to have a feature that when they transfer the call to the recipient and was not answered, the voicemail will go the recipient not to the originating extension.

List multiple dial-in numbers on RCV invitation
Add setting to default multiple numbers for dial-in and one-tap on the RingCentral Video meeting invite. Most importantly, there should be options for different localities/countries. The feature of multiple numbers for one-tap is already available for internal RingCentral employees as shown in the demo for webinar listed below. The feature of multiple dial-in numbers listed on invitations was available in RingCentral Meetings, RCM.

Remove ringing sounds when trying to dial another number/extension in conference call
When on a call and another call is transferred to our lines, the new call will ring through the existing call preventing us from being able to hear the person we're talking to. We can't just transfer a call we need to have a separate window open with the other users to see if they're on the phone already and then we can transfer from yet another window. This program requires 3 different windows just to function.
If we figure out how to silence the new call from ringing through then we receive a surprise voicemail.

RingCentral should provide a report within the Admin Portal that allows account administrators to track whether users have completed training in RingCentral University. This data should be easily accessible to help ensure user adoption and engagement.

Add Hold & Transfer Funcitonality to MVP
The challenges we are having are the following: We have to answer the call on the MVP, yet it does not allow us to place on hold or transfer from within the MVP. We would like to implement Hold and Transfer functionality in MVP. These are core features for your product, especially if it's related to communication, customer service, or call management
