  2. Sometimes people get into a heated discussion and it's impossible even to say 'Stop it'. It would be good for meeting Host to have a button initiating some annoying sound for all participant to stop their talking.

  3. Zoom makes it much easier to share audio from your computer like iTunes or Spotify. It also is easier on Zoom to route audio into the output of your meeting. RCV is not so easy. There is a company who makes a software program called Loopback that allows you to loop any audio sources from your computer or other places and mix them all together for our output of your meeting. I think that would be cool if RCV let you do more of that type of stuff with audio and allowed for more flexibility for different use cases.

  4. So many times I'm sitting in an hour or 2 hour long meeting that is being recorded, maybe a webinar. Do I have another two hours to go back and rewatch the whole meeting, NO WAY! What if I just want to go back to a specific part of the meeting? I can't do that in an easy and efficient way. I would love a feature where as I'm watching a meeting that is being recorded, I can see the timeline of the recording and "time stamp" or bookmark the play head of the video frame. Then (kind of like…

  5. I would love to have more built in tools as a meeting host on managing my meeting set up and live meetings. A timer to track topics and a way to have the agenda topics show up on the screen in a way where you can easily manage your meeting would be cool and a differentiator from our competitors. Imagine I set up a meeting, I am able to build out an agenda with links to any decks or materials I need for my meeting. The agenda is automatically added to my meeting information in Outlook. Then when I start…

  6. It would be great if there could be an always on meeting available to teams that wold approximate a "war room" or coffee house for teams that are working hard on something and need to check in with one another whenever they need to, without scheduling meetings.

  7. It would be great if RCV participants were able to send reactions/emojis to others and if presenters could get a summary view of those reactions.

  9. Next level of presence seems to be taking it beyond just if someone is busy, and indicating they are in a video meeting or on a call. Sometimes depending on who I am trying to get a hold of it may be ok to ping them if in a video meeting but not on a call or vice versa.

  10. Customer (Jacksonville Jaguars) is looking for a way to start a meeting with another Room ad-hoc. They're expecting something like what Zoom (not RCM) already has. Essentially a directory of Rooms within their account.

  14. The bandwidth produced by RCV can be up to 3x as high as RCM. This may cause overrun of ISP and CloudConnect link capacities for customers transitioning from RCM to RCV, requiring them to do an expensive network upgrade at possibly many enterprise sites, see https://jira.ringcentral.com/browse/RCVMQ-29. The requested bandwidth setting feature is also going to be important for the RCV webinar feature which may be implemented in the future because it produces a large amount of bandwidth.

  15. ...ext to your next meeting - 'Wrapping up, be there in 2'. Many executives move from one meeting to another without a break... they are often scrambling to find if they have one and what the meeting link is. For such power users who live day in and out in their meetings window, It would be useful to have Netflix-style prompts:In the bottom right corner: a count-down timer to when the next meeting startsa live view of meeting participants as they join the next meeting - allows the participant to see if they have a few more seconds of conversation…

  18. Avega: Cool feature: I was on a webex recently where the moderator was sharing their desk top. When they were getting notifications or emails, the pop up on their screen were being redacted. I could see the pop up square, but the content was whited out. Note sure if this is a function of webex, browser or Microsoft OS but I think it is a great feature. However, I'm not sure if the moderator was sharing on an app or her PC. As in not her entire desktop.

  19. Being able to lower/mute the volume of a meeting you're in would be a quick way of removing its sound from your ears while you take/make another browser-based call (another ringcentral meeting, a Google Hangouts call, etc) without having to leave the meeting. Currently I launch v.ringcentral.com in a different browser and adjust the entire browser's volume session in Window's Volume Mixer to achieve this.

  20. Collins-mgmt: On the RingCental Meetings app, there's a little drop down menu at the bottom called "More," and when clicking that button you can access multiple features such as "put participants in the waiting room on entry." While I was conducting a meeting the other day I couldn't find this feature and we need it and were using it before. Also, I was unable to click on any participant's phone number or name in order to update the name. Is it possible to add these features to the RingCentral Video app?
