Visibility to Directory of Rooms via in-room device
Customer (Jacksonville Jaguars) is looking for a way to start a meeting with another Room ad-hoc. They're expecting something like what Zoom (not RCM) already has. Essentially a directory of Rooms within their account.

Change view from 16:9 to normal.
We don't need the stretched view and would like to be able to switch to normal ratio.

Enable software cameras like Snap Camera
There used to be a feature (and one that still exists on Zoom proper) to use software/virtual cameras, like Snap Camera to enable live filters during video conferences. Please add it back!

Global account receive bandwidth settings
The bandwidth produced by RCV can be up to 3x as high as RCM. This may cause overrun of ISP and CloudConnect link capacities for customers transitioning from RCM to RCV, requiring them to do an expensive network upgrade at possibly many enterprise sites, see https://jira.ringcentral.com/browse/RCVMQ-29. The requested bandwidth setting feature is also going to be important for the RCV webinar feature which may be implemented in the future because it produces a large amount of bandwidth.

Sharing, but pop-ups like email and messaging 'grayed' out.
Avega: Cool feature: I was on a webex recently where the moderator was sharing their desk top. When they were getting notifications or emails, the pop up on their screen were being redacted. I could see the pop up square, but the content was whited out. Note sure if this is a function of webex, browser or Microsoft OS but I think it is a great feature. However, I'm not sure if the moderator was sharing on an app or her PC. As in not her entire desktop.

Master Volume Control
Being able to lower/mute the volume of a meeting you're in would be a quick way of removing its sound from your ears while you take/make another browser-based call (another ringcentral meeting, a Google Hangouts call, etc) without having to leave the meeting. Currently I launch v.ringcentral.com in a different browser and adjust the entire browser's volume session in Window's Volume Mixer to achieve this.

More like Zoom feature
Collins-mgmt: On the RingCental Meetings app, there's a little drop down menu at the bottom called "More," and when clicking that button you can access multiple features such as "put participants in the waiting room on entry." While I was conducting a meeting the other day I couldn't find this feature and we need it and were using it before. Also, I was unable to click on any participant's phone number or name in order to update the name. Is it possible to add these features to the RingCentral Video app?

Keep Video Galary shown by default when sharing screen
When we're on a video meeting and someone share the screen, it hides the video galary and I will have to use the view options to bring it back. However, when a second person share the screen, same thing happens and I have to do that again.

Allow the ability to visually scroll through participants.
Please allow more than 16 participants to be viewed on the screen. Zoom allows 49 and one has the ability to scroll the screen to view another batch of participants. At a minimum, being able to scroll the participants is quite necessary.

Turn off incoming video
When you on a poor network conditions, it's impossible now to reduce incoming traffic, so you have to ask all people to turn off all cameras to just be able to speak/hear.I'd like to have an option to disable incoming videos to reduce my incoming traffic to hear better others.

Logo and colors of background
I want my company Logo and Name of the meeting to be customize like 8x8. Add this feature to the Profile and remember it and remember who I am. The URL that you send out from Ring Central looks like some kind of free service.
