Allow Moderators to Control Breakout Rooms
The moderator function doesn't have the ability to manage or set-up breakout rooms. Without the previous co-host or the ability to assign a new actual host, this means that breakouts cannot be used if the host has to leave a meeting.

When you're in a meeting, it's good to show how long the meeting has been going on so you can determine if you're over or not.

Customize the Email Invite and make default for RingCentral Meetings for ALL users

Turn off incoming video
When you on a poor network conditions, it's impossible now to reduce incoming traffic, so you have to ask all people to turn off all cameras to just be able to speak/hear.I'd like to have an option to disable incoming videos to reduce my incoming traffic to hear better others.

Support of MUTE button of bluetooth headset in RC meeting
Some of bluetooth headset like Plantronics/Poly Voyager Focus UC, for example, have a MUTE button. Desktop version of ZOOM has a functionality that the MUTE button on the headphones controls the Mute / Unmute option in the conference, which is quite convenient. By the way, web version of ZOOM has no such option.

Specify Recording Layout
When recording a meeting, having the ability to choose what layout is recorded. For example, just active speaker, or 2 (+ more) speakers if there's a panel/fireside chat.Beneficial for training materials.

Ability to control volume of other participants
Some people are really bad at recognizing they need to mute themselves when they are not talking, and have background noise, breathing, chewing, etc. It would be great to have the option to change how loud other participants are for me. I'm not suggesting changing their volume for everyone, but that I as a participant can change how loud each other participant is on my application.

Ability for an admin to take over a meeting
We need a way for an admin on the RC account to be able to take over Host capabilities for a meeting. Ex: Start meeting, mute all, recording, Breakout-rooms (when they are available), etc. Use Case: Sherry schedules a meeting with about 200 people invited. On the day it is supposed to happen, Sherry is out sick. There needs to be a way for someone else to take meeting host capabilities over to start the meeting and run it. More like Zoom feature
Collins-mgmt: On the RingCental Meetings app, there's a little drop down menu at the bottom called "More," and when clicking that button you can access multiple features such as "put participants in the waiting room on entry." While I was conducting a meeting the other day I couldn't find this feature and we need it and were using it before. Also, I was unable to click on any participant's phone number or name in order to update the name. Is it possible to add these features to the RingCentral Video app?

Add countdown timer for "be right back"
A way for participants to put in a countdown clock timer if they are stepping away for 5/10 mins of break or another meeting. Will be helpful for long meetings/workshops. Even if someone is joining late, can login and switch-on the timer so that you dont have to hunt him/her down knowing that he has joined and will be available soon. Also useful for office hours like situation where the instructor has stepped away for a break so new person joins in and knows whats going on. Its a Amazon Chime feature currently, I have found it useful.
