Bring back Whiteboard feature and text annotate feature in RC Meetings as it makes it easier to identify and work with information during a meeting.

I know you strive to make RingCentral better (by making it more like Skype), but now it's almost impossible to have quick access to my thread messages. When I find the messages, they have option overload when all I want is a quick list of messages so I can look at the history of our discussion. I guess we're now stuck with your "improvements', just telling you that too much is not always a good thing.

A nice feature to have in RingCentral Video would be to be able to share video/computer audio while sharing your screen so others in the conference can hear the audio that you are playing for example like a YouTube video and other videos along those lines. Also to be helpful to be able to hear video audio in a recorded video conference so you can hear the YouTube video in the recorded playback after the conference is over. Please add these features. Zoom has a feature that will let you share a video and play the audio from that video during a meeting. With RingCentral you have to have speakers playing the sound through your mic on the computer. Meaning you cant just play the video and mute your mic while its playing.

this is a must.

There should be a button to share audio while screen share is activated while participants are sharing.

This is a feature in RingCentral Meetings and Zoom (which are essentially the same thing) but not in RingCentral Video - allow a user sharing their screen to also share their computer's audio.
