  1. I would suggest it be a useful feature to have the ability to transcribe French Calls into English for review. This way the call is able to be reviewed or used for training purposes in both languages.

  2. Have one continuous recording of a call regardless of how many times the call is transferred from physical devise to soft-phone or even from EX to CX (and vice versa). If not possible an option to allow call linking as coming in and out of calls means that you loose the original call and the full thread.

    With the ability to have one call recording, this would link into one CSAT score, as currently any agents on CX, one of their main task is to route calls to the correct department on EX and the highest score they can achieve…

  3. Ability to edit the transcript where the AI has 'misheard' the agent and then show when the edit has been made and by who, along with the ability to see the original transcript text

  4. we would like to have a separate dashboard for each user on RingSense, and the dashboard content must include the overall rating for each question on the scorecard to identify recurring opportunities for the agents.

    For example, one of the questions is, "Did the agent offer a discount?"
    This question will have a dedicated average score so that they can track whether the agent is improving over time, and the same will apply to other questions.

    Even if we extract the call data from RingSense, it only provides scores. It doesn’t give us the actual ratings for each question on…

  6. Customer wants a feature where they could delay the release of comments in "Call details" of a call log, as they would prefer for the caller being monitored to not be able to read the Manager's comment immediately.

  9. have an agent performance report in portal where you can view per agent to see who is performing well ex. which agent has the most number of 9s or 8s scores

  11. Add the option for admins to delete a ring sense recording, when auto recording in on for a line a rep may make a personal call or be discussing personal matters w/ company that should not be recorded

  15. There needs to be a notification option for when a specific tracker is triggered in a call. This would allow us to use our customized trackers and catch potentially missed sales opportunities by creating the ability to immediately follow up.

  16. Create work flow and call script should be able to be read fromthe portal and input live transcript as call is taken place. This would be great for taking data from ring sense to scheduling software.

  18. I would like to be able to export a list of RingSense users that includes user information (primarily manager and additional managers). Same with teams, I would like to be able to export a list of each team and their respective members.
