We would like to have the ability to transcribe an existing recording. In case the notes or transcript were turned off during a live call, we can still have the option to transcribe a recording.

notes on deskphone call - through desktop app
Would like to see notes/summary on a call that is initiated through desktop app - but using paired desk phone. Currently the record feature works - but AI won't transcribe the recording.

Allow download of "transcript" on mobile phone app
The new transcript idea is great, however I can't download the transcript on my mobile phone app. There is no option to copy or paste it either. It's only available on the Desktop App.
Can this please be added to the RingCentral phone app.

Make a few edits to the recap and tasks in AI
I love the recap and the task list. AI must get better at deciphering/translating some of the terms used in the conversation. However, I'm still very impressed and can just make a few edits to the recap and tasks. This certainly beats trying to manually take notes during a conversation!

Ads and feature notification should be opt-in only
Ads and feature notification should be opt-in only. So that the cx will have an option if they want to stop that add or continue to show up. One of the example is the banner about AI assistance

Turn off in-call notification
The ability to turn off the in-call notification that alerts that all calls are being transcribed. Call recordings are enough.

Announcement message for Notes should only play when connected.
Users are able to make a call and turn notes on immediately, which then plays the announcement after 2-3 rings, before the callee answers, and is not played again when connected. would prefer the announcement plays once when the call connects to ensure legal compliance.

How can I start AI note taking for an in-person face to face appointment?
It would be nice to simply push a record button using the mobile app on speaker phone to reocrd in-person meetings and have the AI notetaker summarize.
