Ability to Subscribe to an Article
This would allow someone to subscribe to an article and when there are any changes they could be alerted. This was first realized with the Troubleshooting TCR application rejections article. As more rejections are added, it would be helpful to receive an alert that there is new information or rejection codes have been added.

Google Presence Sync
Essentially, the customer would like to have the option to turn off meetings (RCV) yet still sync the user's presence from Google. That way if they turn off RCV they could still have their presence switch to busy when using Google for meetings and see that in the RC App.

Notification bot to pull notification from Crowdstrike Falcon
It is useful as it will be a faster way to get notified if an alert of the particular criteria gets triggered. One won't have to check emails or have to keep the portal open all the time to get notification.

Why is that automatic call recording records on hold marketing when calling and not called?
I find it odd that RingCentral allows the automatic call recording to record on hold marketing music when we are the ones who intiated the call but not when we are called. What could be the reason for this other than "system limitation"?

Automatic relevant country code selection
Automatically select the country code corresponding to Customer’s country code for agents that make outbound calls to multiple regions to confirm the local country code is used or next available options based on predefined rules. Eg. If the agent is dialing to a customer in Germany then the appropriate country code (+49) should automatically be selected and reflect as in the agents caller ID.

Client would like visibility in SF to Closed FRAUD cases
Customer would like to be able to see closed cases that were opened as whitelisting cases in SalesForce and moved to fraud investigation. Currently, per Yuliya Pierce, these cases are not cases they display to clients. Customer would like to be able to view after these cases are closed.

SCIM Provisioning Enhancement
The requested improvements are below:
1. Allow the option to provision a phone number back from RC to Azure AD via SCIM in case of a new created user. This option should be allowed per admin to enable/disable write back to Azure AD.
2. Provision/sync a user from Azure AD to RC with an already assigned phone number in Azure AD – meaning this number in AD is leading and shall be assigned to the User on RC side

Integration with Calendly
Calendly is very helpful for scheduling meetings/calls. It already has integrations for Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and GoToMeeting. It would be great if RingCentral similarly integrated and eliminated the step of having to create a link.
