Ability For Super Admins to archive SMS, Fax and Voice messages through to their SFTP server like their call recordings for all their ex...
...tensions. Currently Admins can only archive call recordings for all their extensions on their SFTP server while SMS, Fax and Voice messages needs to be done per extension and the customer would like to have this ability as well as an Admin.

Admin Control to disable Calendars and Contacts (i.e. disable O365, Exchange and/or Google)
Due to Freedom of Information Act, prospect does not want personal Contacts and Calendar events on City provided machines or applications.

Status based call handling options

A go-to place for customers or even internal employees to get real-time help.For external customers, this can be customized to specific products and services that customer has purchases, subscribed to and this ChatGPT type AI can be the starting point for all customer service related to questions.E.g. Show me my services that I have subscribed to, show me my unpaid invoices and all sorts of questions that Customers Service gets.This can be shipped as part of RingCentral products to customers. Ability to Subscribe to an Article
This would allow someone to subscribe to an article and when there are any changes they could be alerted. This was first realized with the Troubleshooting TCR application rejections article. As more rejections are added, it would be helpful to receive an alert that there is new information or rejection codes have been added.

Integrate with Outlook so you can click the phone icon in profile/contact cards to dial the number.
Is there a way to configure ring central desktop app to call the phone number from an outlook profile card? There's a phone icon when you hover or click on a contact in outlook but you can't click the button. Microsoft Teams works like this. It would be faster if you could just click the phone icon instead of going to RC desktop app or outlook add in and type the name / number, when you could just make two mouse clicks and dial the number right away.

Notification bot to pull notification from Crowdstrike Falcon
It is useful as it will be a faster way to get notified if an alert of the particular criteria gets triggered. One won't have to check emails or have to keep the portal open all the time to get notification.

MSI support for the new Embedded Dialer Plug-in
Some customers use Teams as their primary collaboration and calling application, with 1,000's of users using MS Teams. Adding MSI support for the new RingCentral Embedded Dialer Plug-In for MS Teams would be a way to be able to strategically deploy it.

Why is that automatic call recording records on hold marketing when calling and not called?
I find it odd that RingCentral allows the automatic call recording to record on hold marketing music when we are the ones who intiated the call but not when we are called. What could be the reason for this other than "system limitation"?

Make any call (independent of outcome) trigger automations in Zapier
Right now only Missed Calls or Completed Calls will trigger automations in Zapier. Instead, it would be nice if ANY call could trigger an automation and then we can filter by result and create more complex workflows.

Add Call Queues to Zapier Integration
We use Zapier to run a variety of automations whenever there are missed calls. Unfortunately, we cannot build any automations around call queues as this feature is not supported in the Ringcentral integration with Zapier which limits how we set up the system. Either we use a virtual user (that can integrate with Zapier) that forwards calls to multiple call agents or we use a call queue (that cannot integrate with Zapier) and give up all this extra functionality.Please add call queue support to Zapier!
