  1. New option for Direct Dial data. add option as "Mobile Data or Carrier Minutes"

    Purolator wants to arm their drivers with Zebra devices with the RC App. they need the calls to go over the cellular data network and use the carrier minutes ONLY when cell data is not available. The plan they have with their current provider offers unlimited data but carrier calls are very expensive and is only to be used when absolutely necessary.

  3. SPOK Integration. They are a huge presence in healthcare.

    SPOK attendant console integration is a key requirement for BMC. They have been utilizing SPOK as their call intake solution, as well as an interface to beepers/paging devices for many years. The hospital is currently unwilling to part with this platform. SPOK seems to be dominating the healthcare market.https://www.spok.com/

  6. Automated outbound calls

    The automated system for outbound calls would allow the user to add numbers that they want to call in bulk and Ringcentral would automatically call all the numbers in the list one after the other without the user having to dial the number every time.The system would be useful for Recruiters, Sales agents and any other business that makes use of cold calling.I know other apps offer this service and it would be really great to have it on RC as well.

  7. Google Presence Sync

    Essentially, the customer would like to have the option to turn off meetings (RCV) yet still sync the user's presence from Google. That way if they turn off RCV they could still have their presence switch to busy when using Google for meetings and see that in the RC App.

  10. Client would like visibility in SF to Closed FRAUD cases

    Customer would like to be able to see closed cases that were opened as whitelisting cases in SalesForce and moved to fraud investigation. Currently, per Yuliya Pierce, these cases are not cases they display to clients. Customer would like to be able to view after these cases are closed.

  12. Archiver (SFTP) to support auto-generated SSH key passwords.

    Please add Azure SFTP with SSH as a solution to your archiver, Azure is the second largest cloud hosting provider, and yet no solution from RC. We want data secure within our environment and encrypted while in flight and at rest, the reason we want Azure with SSH.

  15. Jabra evolve2 75 headset integration

    Hello, we purchased 3 new Jabra evolve2 75 headset for some of our team members and I want to know if you have a better integration than the generic offered, although my sound is at maximum the sound via the RC app is low, incoming and outgoing, the answer button directly on the headset is not working also.

  16. SCIM Provisioning Enhancement

    The requested improvements are below:
    1. Allow the option to provision a phone number back from RC to Azure AD via SCIM in case of a new created user. This option should be allowed per admin to enable/disable write back to Azure AD.
    2. Provision/sync a user from Azure AD to RC with an already assigned phone number in Azure AD – meaning this number in AD is leading and shall be assigned to the User on RC side
