Tip Bot
Hello guys, I would like to see a Tip Bot inside of the MVP, Rainbow Office and similar Ring Central solutions, that allows the users to send and receive cryptocurrency tips and incentives through the app. So they can develop their own community tokens and have the option of using them integrated inside of the app and even use some other existing ones. Select Whom to schedule a meeting before meeting details will populate
Using the RingCentral scheduler Add in, it always auto populate the meeting details in the body and the default "schedule for" is assigned to the same extension where email is connected. It would be a great idea, just like the old RCM app, to select the "Schedule for" then it populates the meeting details and send to attendees. It will save time as some customers are always scheduling a meeting for another user extension. TIA

Our Ricoh copiers have the Smart Integration software. Companies like eFax, eGoldFax have apps to send faxes directly to their services without a need for a POTs line or ATA device.

RingCentral Video Plugin/app for Word Press
According to Siteefy.com statistic "42% of all websites on the entire Internet currently use WordPress as their content management system. This number is 36% for top 1 million websites, 20% for top 100K websites, and 14% for top 10K websites respectively." Add the option to use SFDC mobile to call in Ringcentral
There is a quick action in the mobile app to call with Ringcentral. It doesn't work. The call should be logged to SFDC after the call complete, with the same functionality as the desktop browser version.

Integration with Dynamics Business Central as a CRM tool
Add calls and notes to customer activity log based on the phone number dialed or received from in ring central while the business central app is open. Also see all users call logs and permitted recordings against a particular customer card in BC.

Show "TO" information on Dynamics 365 module!
We have 55 phone numbers under one user account. We wrote a CRM module over Dynamics 365 and the RingCentral of Dynamics saved us a ton of headaches. Each phone number represents a client and we use a shared case management system that differentiates per company via Rules and PowerAutomate flows. But we're stuck because incoming SMS/Call/Fax information does not carry "To which phone number this was sent" information!Basically we need to see:From (212) 365-4023To {RingCentralPhoneNumber}on all these items... Boulanger has a need to integrate a phone contact list. This will be for vendors, partners, other stores etc.The need here is to provide all RC users with an external contact list.
