    Hello guys, I would like to see a Tip Bot inside of the MVP, Rainbow Office and similar Ring Central solutions, that allows the users to send and receive cryptocurrency tips and incentives through the app. So they can develop their own community tokens and have the option of using them integrated inside of the app and even use some other existing ones.   11. Access Direct Messages in Outlook Plug-in

    It would be very useful is you could access and reply to "Direct Messages" from within the Outlook plugin. This would save us from having to have multiple programs open and be able to work from within our outlook program.

  13. Integration with Practice Panther - legal practice management software

    It would be great to be able to capture texts and calls directly in the managment software. Another company is already working with PracticePanther to capture texts, but it makes no sense to me to have two text phone numbers. I prefer RingCentral texting and want to capture that information in the client file and also capture the duration of calls for billing purposes.

  16. Add Call Queues to Zapier Integration

    We use Zapier to run a variety of automations whenever there are missed calls. Unfortunately, we cannot build any automations around call queues as this feature is not supported in the Ringcentral integration with Zapier which limits how we set up the system. Either we use a virtual user (that can integrate with Zapier) that forwards calls to multiple call agents or we use a call queue (that cannot integrate with Zapier) and give up all this extra functionality.Please add call queue support to Zapier!

  19. Archiver SFTP scheduling

    Currently when configuring Ringcentral archiver with SFTP all connections are held open 24/7. This will slow down most FTP servers with more than 10-15 users on the archiver. SFTP connections should only open when the archiver has data that it needs to archive. We need a scheduling feature so that clients with large user counts can actually use the archiver.

  20. Bulk SMS for Dynamic 365

    We are looking to be able to send bulk texts from within Dynamics 365 (preferably the Advanced Find) to Contacts that have opted-in to SMS texts.
