Textel Display Agent Name
Currently when texting with a guest, the name on the agent side shows up as our company name and not the actual user who texted with them previously. Enabling this would make it easier to know who a customer spoke with when texting someone in our organization.

We need a custom fillable Fax cover page to be added right onto ring central.
We need to have quick easy access to a custom, FILLABLE, fax cover page. We send out faxes all day and each fax is different. We need to be able to fill in the cover page right on ring central. I spoke with one of your technicians and he said if we wanted a fillable fax cover page than we can add it as a word document. That does not work for us as we do not have word access. Record of all actions per contact
It would be useful to have a record of all actions that take place for each contact. For instance: Date - outbound call @1:33pm - No Answer, sent text message @ 1:36pm (and what the text was). Or, Contact, date - conference call (the recording file attached), attendees, etc.

Call Que to Custom parked locations
We have a sales force that found out about the call que ring all feature leaving miss calls to multi people. 1 answer 9 miss call. We had the idea can we setup our auto attendant to transfer to say Sales Parked line 1.10 people that are assigned to Parked line 1 receive a notification that there is a call on Sales Parked line 1. Ability to filter the 'Related To/Associated to' record results based on Opportunity Stage.
Use Case: a high percentage of accounts for this customer have 10+ associated opportunities. The goal is to filter queried records in our SFDC - RingCentral integration by stage (for example their version of only seeing opps in stage 2/3/4) so that the relevant opportunity to log calls and activity against will tend to present, instead of a lengthier/trickier list of records to navigate.

Currently logged in to the support site and when accessing the Learn from Community we get an error "Your License Has ExpiredThe license you currently have installed for this TeamHub site has expired. Aside for receiving text and email. We can add a phone call to receive the 6 digit code.
I have my 2factor for apple business set to contact my number. When it calls me for a code it will normally ring my phone and I pick up to get the code. Ever since we switched over I have not been receiving phone calls to get the code. It will just show up in my app as a missed call.

OKTA to delete users not just disable
