  5. Right now you can programmatically post cards to a ring central room, but they are very limited in width. So if you try to post something like a table of data, you can do it, but your table will tend to get cut off. There will be lots of free space to the right, but the cards won't use that. It can be pretty annoying. I'll attach an example.

  6. For a business environment, there should be an option for ALL inbound/outbound calls to be logged and a SUPER ADMIN should be able to stop a manager from deleting call logs.

  7. Wish there was IFTT support with RingCentral with the applets. I'm not smart with computer and IFTT Makes It easy to delever information to almost any platform i need from. From live call display for free pbx. The same would be great for here to help out even more. We use IFTT for alot and its unsupported. Just being our luck as we are Considerable familour about pipedream and other apps like that. I'm old school. I would love to be able to get my inbound info from IFTT the same way as i would on this platform that's great.

  8. In Enterprise Federations Enterprise Admins may administer all the intances in the Admin Portal, but not in the Developer's portal. It is necessary to create separate logins in each instance in order to create and manage 'Applications' in the developer portal. This should work like other operation in the Enterprise Admin Role.

  11. Even if I have the unread switch deactivated, I will prefer to be able to choose if the new unread messages can go on top of the rest of the messages (ignoring the teams, messages etc). Just put on top all the chats where I have new messages.This is because all the unread messages are spread all over the list I have in left side of the UO window and it is possible to skip some messages, especially if the list with the favorites is pretty long...

  12. It would be helpful for a host to be able to create a link, excluding the host's personal meeting ID information, for another user to have and use. In other words, if I have frequent appointments with "John Doe," I could create a "John Doe" meeting link for John and myself to have, and every time I have a meeting with "John Doe" I could just use his link.

  13. Please create a feature that allows us to forward a voicemail to another RingCentral user within the company directory. Current I would need to download the audio and upload it back to message. Its not efficient. Another suggestion is to attach the audio with the email notification of the voicemail transcription

  14. We need to be able to dial on the desktop app or click "return call" and then pick up the phone and it be ringing. In general you desktop app and physical phone need to work seamlessly. Currently its about as broken as something can be.

  16. We as a agency should be able to read all text response from client. Zipwhip allows every producer to read the agency text messages. If a producer is not at work, all of the producers should be able to access the text and respond to a client. This should be a added feature to RC. if Zipwhip can do it, you should be able to as well.

It's come to our attention that users of our application start ringing when they make an outbound call, so we would appreciate a fix in some way.Currently these states are supported in the users telephony status object: NoCall, Ringing, CallConnected, OnHold, ParkedCallUnfortunately we have no way to see if the user made an outbound call or is receiving an inbound call since both states use the Ringing value. Another solution would be to only switch the outbound calling user to CallConnected when the recipient answers the call, skipping the Ringing state during outbound calling, but allow the recipient to still…

  20. Site has External Afterhours answering service. During Holidays calls to the site need to route externally but there is no option to route calls to an external number. Currently, to do so a User needs to be added to route the call.
