  3. For the IVR widget we can see live calls being in the dashboard but we can not click into the IVR to see the UII and the routing it takes. I think it would be beneficial to see the routing of a call in the IVR widget like how you can see on the other widgets. This way we can see if a call comes in where the call routed to and see where the calls get stuck at and possibly add in at which node.

  4. Idea: We can get an email or some kind of an alert like 10 days before an API token becomes expired so productivity in calls just dont stop suddenly. I think Cx could benefit from this because it could impact the IVRs and the APIs they have in the nodes. So an alert system or an email stating that the authentication is about to expire is a benefit instead of it stopping productivity grabbing debug logs reading the errors and spending time generating a new token Cx can do it when there call centers are off work.

  7. We would like to have the capability of choosing the set-up best for our company needs. At this moment, the only option we have for If caller enters no action after the prompt played 3 times is predefined by RC system. I would like to have the capability to select how many announcement to have before it chooses the next behavior.

  8. I have several users who organize their Outlook Contacts by creating additional folders in Outlook. When contacts are added to these folders, they do not show up in the RingCentral App (desktop version). They do show up in the RingCentral mobile app however. Thus, they are hitting the RingCentral system, but the RingCentral desktop app will not show them.Would like this feature added to the RingCentral App for desktop.

It would be useful if you give the option to activate the text tool when the line is being activated, so the user who wants to use this tool can use it as soon as the line is activated, and thus avoid the user having to contact support to activate this function, as sometimes the cases cannot be easily opened to contact support because the page does not work and when trying to call sometimes there are no agents available, personally, I contacted support many times to get activated the text function and sometimes that takes days, and it's time…

  17. Current export file will not have document name and # of pages information. If we include that we are able to identify which file got failed and we can refax that immediately without any delay. Also, we have Incoming and outgoing details, we need deleted items to be included in the exported file.

  18. The ability to add an alternate host in the RingCentral Outlook 365 add-on. I can select an alternate host in the desktop app but not the Outlook 365 add-on. When scheduling meetings for my CEO, he sometimes has to leave his 1st group RingCentral call to join a different RingCentral call. When he joins the 2nd call, he disconnects the attendees in the first call because an alternate host can't be select for the first group call.   20. In the RingCentral system, when a user's location has been detected to have changed the RingCentral system prompts said user to update their emergency location. What we would like to be able to do is receive a web-hook event when this happens instead, which then allows our 3rd party service to request and receive a much more in-depth emergency location from the user, which we can then pass back to RingCentral for the call routing.
