  6. We just installed this system in our conference room. It only supports Zoom and Teams. We would like it to integrate with RingCentral. This would be a huge benefit to our team as we really like using RingCentral for video conferencing.

  12. We are planning to FULLY turn on AD/azure Provisioning for Ring Central
    Every time I test with Provision on demand an email alert is sent to the user.
    I don’t think it should be triggered at all, should be just added to a daily report Admins can view
    daily report of all Provision related changes

  13. It would be awesome to have an integration into the popular health & life insurance agent crm system. Another provider already works with them, but they are smaller and not as robust as RC. Ideal would be to log and save call recordings directly into client profile within AB and synchronize contacts into RC. AB currently works with Intulse VOIP

  17. We have a system that shows some managers what their employees are currently doing. Part of that is showing the current phone state so the manager knows if now is a good time to listen in or help out.But there's no way to give the managers an easy way to hop on that call, instead, they have to dial special star codes (80,81,*82) and then the user's extension. It's not a great experience.Ideally, it'd be nice if there were API endpoints for interacting with those specific features but an acceptable workaround could be making it work if we…
