Dialing phone numbers doesn't automatically add dashes

It's easier to glance at a phone number before dialing with the dashes in place, that way typos are easier to spot. Thankfully the dashes are added after the call is started but at that point it's often too late.

Prevent RingCentral App Window From Resizing On Incoming Call

When using the RingCentral app on my multi-screen workstation, I will dock the app to the left side of my left screen. When a call comes in, the app will undock and 'restore' itself, forcing me to re-dock the app after every call.

Keyboard only call transfers

I would like to be able to transfer calls with Ring Central Application without having to use a mouse. There are hot keys but you are still forced to use a mouse to transfer calls.
