It would be useful to have 2 email addresses available under the company contact instead of just one. The purpose of the 2nd email is to allow the user to be reached at an alternate email address, if needed,

Allow saved settings profile.

I notice that between logging off or using more than one style Ringcentral app; that the setting sill revert to a default. Toggle for headset controls turns off after logging back in as an example.

Ability to save custom message for Reply with Message feature

Only Predefined messages are appearing and 60 seconds is not an enough time to create a custom one. Hopefully, they will have an option to save or edit Predefined messages for it.
