Allow call forwarding (NOT TRANSFER) to a soft endpoint (i.e. computer) like the old version did

Allow call FORWARDING (not TRANSFER) from one soft endpoint to another. The older Ring Central Phone app had this. The new Ring Central Desktop app does not. Removing existing features from a new product seems counter-intuitive.

User Can Monitor Calls Even Without a License

Can we have the option to set up a user without a license or digital line to be able to monitor calls? The user does not need to make and receive calls. The sole purpose is to just monitor calls of other users.

Please consider a feature that allows send a hyperlinked pic or logo via SMS

We provide links for our clients to send out to their own clients. It will be very useful to send a quick short and professional button that will take them to their website same as they do through email.

Use scanner directly when composing a fax like it was on the previous version of the app.

the "office@hand Phone" app allowed the user to send a fax by either choosing a file to attach or scanning the document dirctly into the body of the message. The new "At&T office@hand" does not give the option to scan directy for the fax. this...

Different physical phone ring tone or user whisper at pick up for queue calls vs direct dials.

All of my users are in a mixed phone environment, they receive queue calls at anytime and direct dials. Users have no real way of quickly separating the two before they answer a physical phone.

Ability to track who disabled an account in the RC app using the audit trail

If an admin disables an account we don't know who? Especially in very large accounts?

Automatically delete the email address after deleting the extension for promotional items or marketing

Deleting extensions does not seem to delete the email address on the marketing automation database which is causing issues with the users email server.

Text Send button

Add a 'send' button to send a text similar to the 'send now' on the fax option. Would avoid confusion of how to send a text. I believe the desk phone app had a send button.
