RingCentral Web/Desktop App

We use a Google Calendar to manage office appointments and meetings. Would be nice to export tasks to the calendar so we can keep everything centralized.

Screen stays on and available when you switch off of the app, go to another tab... dueing working hours.

Currently, you cannot remove yourself from a Team. You can close the Team but then it looks like you're just ignoring people.

It would help me alot if the update was back to the old version thank you

When a users desktop app is not activated, this is not reflected in any of the queues they are in, so their extension still rings, can it be set that if the desktop app is not active then neither are the queues

Can you just add a Scheduled Meetings button for webinars already on the schedule so we can send them out to people? I cannot find where they are once scheduled and I need to send reminders out to the team.

I think it would be a good idea if calling internal colleagues in ring central to be able to make a video call or be able to in a phone call a trigger button to make the call a video call, rather than having to hang up and a arrange a separate cal...

I really would like the option to have the info bar to be at the bottom of the screen I also really like to have my contacts/favorites open on the side no matter what screen I go into so I can know who is available and who isn't when I transfer a ...

Right now it's hard to scroll through conversations with the mouse or laptop mouse pad. Normally this is something in other apps that you can use the down button, but for this it does not work.

Its helpful to be able to see your "favorites" if they are on a call prior to calling or transferring a call. Please import full HUD functionality into new RC app under the phone part. Thanks!
