Often times our teams change and we have to create a new group text, it would be helpful to be able to archive the old text strings so they do not get confused with the current ones on our recent lists.
There needs to be an option to group contacts within the RingCentral app. This allows users to send specified texts to the contacts in the group, instead of just creating a group text. The groups can be labeled to better organize the conversations.
PCRecruiter is a CRM which doesn't allow us to mass text anymore. Integrating PCR and RingCentral would allow my team to mass text candidates directly within PCR without having to copy/paste phone numbers from one app to the other.
