Recording permissions

There should be an option to allow certain users access to other users direct call recordings. We should be able to delegate a department supervisor access to their employees recordings.

Message Layout

In the app for messaging, could the message we sent be on the right side of the screen like in Teams, and the other members messages be on the left side? It's so hard to read right now with everything on the left side.
