RingCentral Web/Desktop App

It would be nice if clicking a VM in the desktop app to play it, that the desk phone would ring and then play the VM through it.

When receiving a fax, it sends you a VM. When you pick up the phone, it says you have a fax. If you delete that, you lose the fax. Can faxes be sent to a separate mailbox/inbox just for faxes?

Allows the Super Admin to have full control with there settings and Standard users could not change there own settings since it was already configured by the Super Admin

Dark mode in Teams/Windows causes some fields on the incoming call rules page (and other call handling pages) to be difficult to read due to font color. These settings are disabled on the admin side, so I believe they are supposed to be greyed out...

I do not want to receive text messages on my cell phone and in ring central, especially from personnel not from within my organization.

The "All Calls" screen will accumulate weeks and weeks of calls that takes me some time to delete. I wanted to be able to set the "All Calls" screen to only show the last 10 calls, +/-. I do not need volume of calls that accumulate on this screen.
