Actually decline the call when a person selects 2 for decline
It's really annoying to not actually be able to decline a call when we are given the option to deny a call by pressing 2. Sometimes we need it to just go to voicemail and call them back at a more convenient time.
You can create a meeting in Google Calendar with the RC app but being able to use the RC app as the primary tool for collaboration would be great and viewing Google Calendar would be essential for this.
Ability to send a text and/or message company-wide without having to create a group
A group seems fine except every time someone new is hired this group would need to be maintained. It would be nice for company-wide alerts and announcements to have this simply be every user setup in the company account.
