There should be an option to allow certain users access to other users direct call recordings. We should be able to delegate a department supervisor access to their employees recordings.

Be able to change the default statuses for a company as a whole. This will allow us to reflect what we use most common versus what RC has decided.

To reflect the recipient's name in the cover page even without saving the recipient's fax number in the contacts.

Would it be possible for email confirmation from RingCentral once fax is sent to display cover page preview? This will help users know exactly what was faxed with a quick glance.
