When logging into a meeting, allow the user to view themselves in the camera before joining.

Similar to other competitors, this woudl allow you to adjust the camera, or yourself before joining and being viewed.

Disable unused features from RingCentral App

We only utilize RingCentral Meetings and the new RingCentral App has Phone, Fax, Messaging etc. that is not necessary and clutters the app for our users. We would like the ability to just utilize the Meetings portion.

Change from top-posting to bottom-posting in conversation streams

The latest version of RC does no longer allows conversation streams to be viewed in ascending or descending order. This feature needs to be added back in with the next app update.

Addition Fields for "profile"

Integrate Admin Portal with Support Portal so Admins can create a support case/ticket from 1 portal

Currently, having to log into a separate portal to submit or create/view a ticket is an extra step that adds time to go from 1 portal to the other to troubleshoot issues or follow up on tickets with RC.
