We are using an exchange outlook web app that looks like everyone else, but it is private to our server and does not go thru MS365. I need to integrate the ring central scheduler on that platform now that RCM is retiring
Allow call forwarding (NOT TRANSFER) to a soft endpoint (i.e. computer) like the old version did
Allow call FORWARDING (not TRANSFER) from one soft endpoint to another. The older Ring Central Phone app had this. The new Ring Central Desktop app does not. Removing existing features from a new product seems counter-intuitive.
Can we have the option to set up a user without a license or digital line to be able to monitor calls? The user does not need to make and receive calls. The sole purpose is to just monitor calls of other users.
