Can you add call waiting for RC Phone app on Android/iOS? Right now just receiving missed call prompt which makes it appears like users are avoiding calls

Inactive queue skipping

When the queue has no active members, it should be skipped, rather than the system polling and confirming that the queue is empty and forcing callers to wait while the system performs that check.

Option to change the default number of rings when users login to HotDesk

When users login to hotdesk, the number of rings is by default 4. We can change it but when the user logs out and logs back in, it again go back to 4. We need to keep a longer number of rings so users don't have to change it everytime.
