It's really an issue. We have gatekeepers that field initial calls, and then transfer to the appropriate rep. The problem is that the call recording STOPS at the transfer. That is just crazy. We need this fixed asap!

Be able to see who picked the call on an extension, while the user was absent, and see that user engaged on that call.
customer says, if she is away from her extension, and there is an external call that comes in and this is picked by someone else, once back,

Ability to select the amount of times the auto-receptionist repeats herself without caller action
The default amount of times it repeats itself is 3. But if it's a collect call the call would drop before the recording finishes the 3 cycles. We would prefer to select the amount of times it repeats.
Call Forwarding to External number while on DND Status
If User Extension sets her line to DND, can it be arranged that Line 1 goes to For example:Line 1 = normal line. Line 2 = emergency 24 hour line. voicemail, but Line 2 rings her mobile number?
Adding the keypress to show in incoming call information when receiving a call
Usually, it will only show the number being dialed by callers and not including the keypress they have pressed. It would be great if keypresses dialed by callers should also reflect in the call information.
